“I am happy with the service provided at a competitive price. I was looking for a bunk bed with certain specifications and found quite a big variety of products to choose from on Room to Grow. I didn?t have to wait too long for the delivery and the assembly was done very professionally.”

“Fabulous bed and mattress amazing and so comfortable. I?m just disappointed that I can?t get the matress for myself in king size Fantastic customer service and excellent communication. Easy to put together. I managed it alone. Thanks”

“The delivery guys were amazing... through no fault of their own it is difficult to find our house but they persevered and when the arrived (well within their window!) they had a good laugh about their journey to find us”

“Really good range of beds- all the top brands to browse, great communication, their delivery company had great communication and were more than happy to carry the boxes in for me. *read the tips on the Room to grow website* I didn?t and should have!! Really impressed. Lovely service”

“Service was excellent. Ordering and delivery very smooth. Assembly was difficult to follow but got there in the end. Found a damage part in the desk but was already partly through assembly before realising. Have assembled it and hope it stays secure”

“It?s a difficult one. The bed turned up without the mattress, although the mattress was in the same warehouse as the bed. Anyway the customer service was great, thanks Heather and all has been sorted and the bed is lovely. Apart from a mark on one end, unfortunately it looks like a rust mark. Daughters happy with it.”

“Great website easy to order online however the delivery ppl - it was hard to co ordinate a delivery date with them. LOVE our new stompa radius bed for our 5 year old. Great quality. I'd advise paying the £99 to have it assembled. We're not shy of DIY but this took an age!!”

“Item arrived quickly and well packaged. Bunk is very solid and much better than the others we saw before ordering. Nice design too. Two pieces did break during installation but Room to Grow sorted an immediate replacement with the manufacturer (the same day I informed them) and the new parts arrived within 48 hours. Good company and good product.”

“Customer service very high standard, had a couple of questions both before and after the purchase that were answered over the phone politely and helpfully. Delivery on time, good notification s of delivery date. High Bed quality was as expected, chosen as design was unique and exactly what we needed, though took longer to assemble than expected (just quite a lot of different bits to screw together!)”
