“Lovely cabin bed. It's a nice height so when I sing songs to my son in bed I am a nice height standing next to the bed to see him and it also makes it manageable changing the bed covers etc. It's good quality pieces and feel strong and like it will last a long time. Took me a while to build but I was doing it on my own until the bit where I attached the bed to the sleeper. My boys love the den underneath and there are two lovely little book shelves under there at either side. I like the ladder in that it is totally secured to the bed, not just hanging off the edge of the bed and moving about when you climb up it, which is my memory of these types of beds when I was younger. Would definitely recommend this bed, my son loves it.”

“I placed my order over the phone and received excellent and quick customer service. Delivery of the bed and mattresses was quick too, I ordered Friday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The items were well packaged. I did feel a little sorry for the delivery man doing it on his own as you could tell the items were quite heavy but he was very pleasant and put them where I wanted them.”

“Great customer service - there was a 6 to 10 week wait time for the bunk bed I ordered and I needed it urgently as had family staying over the summer holiday. I called customer service and they arranged delivery within 2 weeks .”

“The service was brilliant, I accidentally ordered a mattress that was too small for the bed I ordered and Monday morning I received an email telling me this and asking if I would really like the proper size, I though this was amazing service. The only issue I had is that one of the pieces was presumed missing, I contacted you about this and you sent out for a new piece straight away which was brill...Although it has turned out the missing piece was actually only numbered incorrectly!”

“Great quality furniture, easy to assemple, looks stylish and solid. Great service. A bit long lead times order to delivery. Would help if given the weight of packages , those delivered to the room, not just to the house door.”

“The service and delivery was great so disappointed with drawers as the were all marked didn't look as if painted right”

Thank you for your comments. It?s very disappointing to hear that your drawers are marked. The drawer fronts should be a white lacquered pine to match the classic kids bed frame. The drawers are designed to fit under a Stompa Classic Kids Bunk Bed or Single Bed and they should not be an ill-fit. “There was a mistake with the order (one item not sent, one item the wrong colour) but the customer service was good and rectified it very quickly. Overall the ordering process was quick and easy, and I was called the same day to arrange delivery within the week, which was excellent.”
