Love my bookcase, nice and sturdy and takes loads of books. Matches the sideboard I bought from Roseland years ago. Delivery was quick and easy.

Still waiting for a bed delivery (which is advertised as 3-5 working days) after 17 days. It is still with the courier and ROSELAND furniture are unable to resolve this. Very disappointing.

We are very happy with the products bought namely Royalcraft Wentworth sofa dining set. Only criticism would be time it took to deliver. It said 4-5 days on website but delivered in 7. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem but we particularly wanted it in that timeframe for a party we were having so was rather unfortunate for us. Probably better not to state how long it will take if it’s not possible to actually deliver.

Ordered bed 13/06, stated 3-5 days delivery. Contacted Roseland 22/06 as still no delivery date. Customer service investigated, item lost in delivery depot. Agreed to order another and to use different carrier. Was promised item to be delivered by 30/06. No further communication, via email/phone confirming this. Contacted Roseland 28/06 as heard nothing. Customer service very poor. Basically said they had done what they said they would do and could do no more. Not even an apology and very much ‘I dont care’ attitude. Very disappointed as wanted to buy local and initial contact in store had been good Unable to review actual item as we have never received it.

Really poor so far. Delivery stated 3-5 working days and I have still not received my item over 2 weeks later despite it saying it was despatched nearly 2 weeks ago.

The item was received damaged and we had to send photographs as proof of damage. The option to exchange was offered and we have accepted that, we are still waiting for the pick up of the damaged item and will only get the replacement once Roseland has received the damage item, I believe. So having got rid of our old tv stand we will have to watch the telly on the floor until the new one arrives, and knowing the delivery company XPD that Roseland Furniture use, whom we have had unhappy experiences of previously, we do not expect to be soon.

Lovely furniture. However two of the chair were faulty. I sent photos in and immediately received replacements. So can’t complain as this was rectified promptly.

I ordered the ivory, wooden, corner tv stand. It is stunning and has been much admired by family. All cables are totally hidden giving a sleek look.

This is the second piece I have bought from Roseland. Their ordering and delivery service is very good and I am very pleased with my purchases. The small sideboard and bookcase are stylish and good quality. Exactly what I was looking for to fit in a confined space.
