“Both the small sideboard and bedside cabinet I recently ordered arrived promptly and were very well packed. I am delighted with these two well made and very reasonably priced items of furniture.”

“Two steamer chairs ordered, arrived in good condition, one slat had a split but a little sanding/wood stain and some furniture oil sorted that out. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend Roseland Furniture.”

“Brought a natural oak coffee table, and I am very pleased with it. But the assembly instructions could be much better it could very difficult for someone not used to flat-pack furniture. Had one bolt missing, sent one email with no reply, the phone rang for about 10 minutes with no answer, tried one more email quick reply after a couple of email exchanges problem solved. But even with that problem, I would still be well worth the money”

“My furniture was delivered to the wrong address even though I had a txt saying it had been delivered correctly xdp were to retrieve it from the wrong address and return it to me a week later and I still had not received it Rosalind furniture told me that it was the fault of the delivery company and not there problem”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received so far. I placed the order on 28th March as it stated the garden furniture was In stock and would be delivered within 5 to 10 working days, however 7 weeks later and several follow up phone calls, after being informed on the 3rd of May the items had been shipped I am still waiting. No date has been confirmed and the money was taken out of my account on 28th March. If I have not received a definite delivery date by Monday 23rd May I will be lasking for a full refund.”

“Love my bookcase, easy to navigate web page no issues with payment or choosing a delivery date. But I would never purchase from you again sorry but the delivery service is the worst I have used ok app. Basically dumped the 2 person delivery at the door. I guess company care more about profit than product and customer care. I have raised as an issue and the answers is in summary not our problem you bought it, we delivered it and the label that states 2 people to move is advice. Not sure that would stand up in front of the health and safety executive when one of your delivery team is injured. I love the piece, nice just won’t be back”

“I am very disappointed with your courier xdp. I have now been waiting since 3rd May for my order. I really appreciate the communication I have been having from your customer services. They have been answering my concerns every time I've emailed them . However, I would be hesitant to order from you again if you continue to use this courier xdp. The are completely unreliable”

“Nice furniture but the single plastic wall fitting was rubbish. How is one supposed to tighten a plastic tie behind a piece of furniture. We put a longer screw either side for stability. Once fitted we are pleased with appearance and colour and size etc. seems quite well made.”
