The product we ordered from Roseland is as we expected and is of good quality and is very good value for money. However, the delivery company (XPD Express) used is beyond dreadful. Delivery was promised about a week after Roseland said it was ready for dispatch. We thought this was slow but we were not worried as it was not needed urgently. However, the promised delivery did not happen. This needed several calls to Roseland as XPD will not talk to anyone else. Eventually after about 3 weeks and with no advance notice the item (a five drawer tallboy) was simply dumped on our doorstep. Fortunately, we were only out for an hour or so and took it in OK. Sadly we will never buy anything from Roseland again if they still use this awful delivery company.

The ordering process was fine but on this occasion, Roseland was let down by its delivery. I didn't get delivery updates, the tracking was not updated, and I couldn't track the order without installing the delivery company app (and then it proved impossible to create an account). I tried to change the delivery day as the order wasn't delivered on the day I had expected but this couldn't be done without having an account on the app!! Roseland told me to leave a note on the door to deliver the following day but the order was left in my back courtyard (which meant someone had climbed over the fence and unlocked the gate). It's just a good job it wasn't raining and the item was extremely well packed.

Ordered 6 items and 3 were damaged. Had replacements sent but two were Damaged. They sent replacements but took Many emails to get them to take away the damaged items. Stick to other well Known oak furniture stores in the future like I have done in the past

My napkins exceeded my expectations and the care and attention that was given to me by Roseland when I was trying to find the correct colour for the edging was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Ordered a bookcase and quality of goods is excellent. However trying to deal with the delivery was not quite as good hence the three stars as I had to chase up my delivery and was given no real explanation as to why my bookcase was stuck in delivery depot for well over a week. This is a shame as my previous dealings with Roseland has been very good.

There was a problem with my order, it appears that the item was damaged during delivery. So I contacted customer services , the item was replaced within 2 days and Broken one taken back really pleased with my purchase and the customer service team for their rapid reply and swift solution. Excellent service!!...

Brilliant. I used them before so recommended them to my parents. They’re thrilled with the bedside tables. Roseland is very easy to deal with. Everything happens as and when they say it will.

We purchased a nest of tables from Roseland, these arrived and although being perfect in every other way they had some slight marking on the table top. Roseland quickly and efficiently arranged for collection and replacement. Unfortunately the 2nd set of tables was similarly marked. A return and full refund was quickly arranged. I would have no hesitation in buying from Roseland again as the most important aspect of company service is how it deals with issues such as this. Roseland were let down by their supplier but handled the issue admirably.

About the 5th item we've bought. Very pleased. Reasonable quality considering price and looks nice. Knocked a star off as was delivered to the neighbours with nothing telling us where it was. Messaged Roselands who found it had been delivered to neighbours but by that time neighbours had popped in. So good quick check by Roselands but delivery company needs to be told to leave a card or mention in tracking / text.
