“Andrew did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets. It was the first time the carpets had been cleaned and he managed to remove several stains. The whole process was very easy and he replaced all the furniture back to the original place. I would highly recommend Rothwell's to anyone wishing to have their carpets cleaned. I was so happy, that I sent my rug away to be cleaned too.”

“The gentleman was pleasant and efficient. He explained the procedure. The carpet looks well. It took a little longer to dry and as let to expect.”

Thank you for the review. I am glad your genrally happy but sorry it took a bit longer than average to dry, this can happen if the carpets are thicker or higher levels of soiling require a bit more water to be used to get them clean or if the area is cold when cleaning. Turning the heating up & opening windows should speed up the drying, we can also leave large airmovers sometimes to help speed up the drying.

“Very pleased with the cleaning of my late Mother's room sized Bokara 'rug' which was probably bought in the late 60s. It was collected on the agreed date and delivered about two weeks later, looking like new.”

“Andrew arrived at the time specified. He was very thorough and polite. All the furniture that was moved was left with plastic squares under them to protect the carpet. A water mark that appeared the next day is being promptly dealt with. Overall, I as very satisfied”

“During our recent house move I used Rothwells twice. Graham cleaned our leather settees prior to our move and then returned to clean carpets in our rental property. On both occasions Graham was very helpful, professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Rothwells to friends and family. Thank you for a good job done! Much appreciated .”

“Andrew was very pleasant and professional. My carpet badly needed a clean but he left it looking so much better. I was very pleased. I’ve had Rothwells to clean my carpets and chairs for many years and they always come up trumps!”

“A job we’ll done. Got the bad smells out of my carpets. Good value for money. I was also able to trust the chap cleaning with my house keys and to lock up afterwards. I’m very pleased.”

“Andrew was very helpful and thorough. The cleaning was done to high standard. My only concern was that drying took two days to complete and that was with the use of a couple of blow heaters, hence only four stars.”
