I received 2 bikinis from rotita one fitted perfectly .the other one should have been a 16 the bottom a stretched tofit me but the top way too small.They do not pay for the returns and was faced with £13.95 to return it .my daughter who is a 12 fits perfect .Had I read the reviews and read the return policy would never have bought from them .!! Be aware

I ordered items which had a ship date. Two weeks after they were to ship, I reached out to ask when they would be shipped, with "soon" as an answer. I asked what "soon "meant and they could not give a date or a timeframe. I asked for a refund as when I reached out, it was past when items were suppose to be delivered. They did issue me a full refund after asking if I was certain I wanted to cancel a few times. After reading all the reviews, I count myself fortunate to have not received the items.

I purchased 3 dresses from Rotita on January 5th, 2022, received a tracking number, and tracked the goods for weeks. I noticed that it reached the sorting office in my area from January 18th but was not delivered. I contacted Rotita and was given the Royal Mail tracking number which was different from the order tracking number. I went to my local post office and was told that the order was being returned due to insufficient address of the recipient. I informed Rotita customer service rep and was advised to intercept the parcel. I advised that I have not had the power to intercept the parcel because I am a recipient. Rotita rep said they will track the parcel and replace the goods or offer a refund. I asked that the goods be sent out as I wanted the dresses I had ordered. They checked that the address was correct. I waited a week and didn't get a tracking number. I then contacted them again and asked for a refund as one of the dress I had ordered was out of stock. A few days later, I asked for the tracking number and was told that one of the dresses I had ordered was out of stock. Next day, a coupon was issued as opposed to a refund. I went ballistic. Because I had not received any of the dresses I had ordered and paid for over one month, why would I be happy to receive a credit note to purchase more goods when I have trouble getting the ones I had ordered? I contacted Rotita via email and was told to contact the post office myself. I went to the Post Office and asked but was told that the parcel was returned to sender. I informed Rotita immediately. The customer service rep advised me to intercept the parcel. I told them that I was the recipient, therefore, haven't got the power to intercept the parcel. Rotita promised to track the goods and, in the meantime, send me the goods I had paid for. A week later, they had not send off the goods as promised, so I demanded a full refund. Again Rotita sent me a coupon instead of a full refund. I threatened to ask PayPal for a resolution if the money was not credited to my account within 3-5 working days. Rotita Servive is unprofessional. If I could give them minus 2, I certainly would. Never again would I buy anything from them nor their sister sites.

Terrible do not buy never received service like the service i received from this company i dont even write reviews but felt this one needed to be wrote!! I paid via paypal and lucky ive been able escalate the claim it headache not needed though!!

I ordered an item which was due for delivery on 7th January. I contacted Rotita 9th January & 12th January, they told me to contact the courier which I did but got no response. On 26th January Rotita informed me that delivery would be next day which it was on 27th January. The quality of the garment was very poor so I decided to return it. Eventually on 8th February just 12 days after receiving the item Rotita inform me that it it has now gone beyond their 30 day returns policy. As this company is based in China I can only assume that they have a different way of counting days. I have tried to put a review on their website but that is not possible so I can only assume that the reviews on there are false. My advice is don't use this company. I give it one star because I can't give it less and submit the review.

This is very bad company! Business in communist China 🇨🇳 I ordered one item and when I tried to review my order I couldn’t. That was within 5 minutes from time I ordered. Thank God I ordered through PayPal and I reported it immediately. I called also my bank and cancelled my credit card. I tried to cancel my order with Rotita and I couldn’t submit. Any changes you have to create a ticket. I couldn’t do that either. Once you order from them you are stuck. Do not order through them directly and do NOT ORDER at all. Rotita is very bad company. PERIOD ‼️

I agree with all the other reviews. Worst return policy ever!! They make it impossible to return items. Also the bathing suit I ordered for my granddaughter was ridiculous. I ordered her a medium and the top was big enough for an xxl. Please people be aware of this company. Items look great online but oh no when you get them. Never will I be suckered in by them again.

I'll never buy another thing from Rotita. Their return policy sucks compared to their competitors and their customer service reps are useless other than reciting their failed policy over and over, never actually serving the customer. If you're buying a Christmas gift from them more than 30 days prior to Christmas don't if there's any chance you may have to return it.

I also had to wait too long for the item and when it arrived the material was extremely thin. And then, oddly, an unauthorized charge for something else appeared on my credit card that I never use - except to purchase this.

Your clothes are not the size advertised and then the 30 day return policy is a farce. My daughter-in-law ordered early for Christmas to make sure the articles arrived here on time. Plus we had our mail service out as all the highways were washed out and no mail was getting though. So the 30 days were up on Christmas day, tried to exchange them for a smaller size and we are paying the shipping and they said no they cannot honor it as it is past the 30 days. Terrible company to deal with. Will never order anything from them again and I hope I can save someone else from going through this. Not a good company to deal with

Absolutely disgusted with the service, ordered bigger sizes and when they arrive they are no way near uk sizes, reply back from query was our sizes are all ok to size and then want £40 to send back, i have clothes that are no way worth 57.00, quality is poor too. no help and disgusting service. Do not recommend

Bought 1 blouse my wife liked. What a mistake! I am totally amazed at how messed up this company is. I ordered 1 item and 2 arrive and I get charged for 2. It took waaaaaaaaaaay too long to arrive (was for our company xmas party and took weeks to get it only after escalating it) and the quality and fit was totally not good. I returned both (identical) items in their original plastic packaging and they refund me for only one. They say only one arrived! How can this be? The only thing I can think is someone in their mail room is really well dressed and/or is selling stuff on the side. What is going on there? Don't even think about buying from this company!!!!!!

This company is not ligit. The key 23.39 of my money for no reason. I'm going to my cc company today they are a scam. DONT BUY. they got items back and they they were in good shape.

I will never order from this company again. Everything I purchased was oversized and had returned 3 of the 5 items I bought. Actually going to give the other 2 to Goodwill because they are big on me also. I did not receive a credit for the 3 items I returned because I was 2 days late so now I am paying for items I do not have. They have turned me into collections for the full amount and now they have ruined my credit

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! CHEAP JUNK!! I ordered a christmas top needed. It was supposed to arrive quickly. Shipment was delayed without warning. It finally arrived after christmas. The product has very little resemblance to the item I ordered. I tried to return the item which is now a clearance non refundable item. They basically said "too bad" buyer be ware!

While the actual clothing was of decent quality, the overall experience was terrible. Since it was Christmas time, I paid the upcharge for express shipping. The merchandise was delivered to a "Partner facility" in Illinois on 12/8. It sat there for 2 weeks while I chatted back and forth with service reps whose English was flawed to say the least. The rub was the shipping address. I tried numerous ways to convince them that I don't receive mail at my home and they must use a PO Box address. They kept insisting that I provide a physical address. When I did, they of course came back with "The postal service can not confirm this address." So we started all over again with the PO Box scenario. They finally agreed to put BOTH address on the shipment. It left Illinois on 12/22. You know what happened. I contacted them again via chat when the package arrived at the post office on 12/27. I asked for a refund of the "express shipping" charge. After several back and forth chat conversations, they said all they could offer was a credit towards my NEXT order. I will NEVER order anything form this outfit again. By the way, while I was waiting for my packages to finally get here, I did get 3-4 emails daily about new bargains. Filling up my in box instead of addressing my problem only poured gasoline on a dumpster fire.

Looking at the tops at Rotita while shopping for my fiance, I liked what was shown for tops. I finally received them a month later and open them up to wrap for Christmas, I was shocked to see the tops looked different than the ones I thought I was ordering. All the tops are just printed designs on cut shirts to look stylish. They are just high priced t-shirts with prints. So I really messed up buying tops for her for the first time and will never buy from Rotita again.
