Not able to find the slip with the tracking number. Doesn't matter what info you provide. How come? Then why not email the tracking number to the customers? I even receive the online receipt from Next if I buy a bloody shirt. What the hell is wrong with the Royal Mail?? Why you can't be customer friendly?

I tried to use Click and Drop online. It said the transaction had failed and that no payment was taken. Payment was taken. I phoned the Click and Drop customer services, which was closed (it was only 5.20pm). Now I have no label for my parcel and the money was from a small Ebay sale, so I don't have enough left to pay for the postage again. I also have no reference numbers to claim a refund. It might only be £2.50 but the whole frustration has upset me. I won't be using Royal Mail again. I will use other Couriers. I would have given zero stars if this was possible.

I hate when people use Royal Mail for deliveries they deliver at rediculous times and half the time they even leave my post at different addresses. The leominster team are pathetic.

If you want something delivered, go for dpd and DHL or ask businesses to use their services rather than this joke of a Royal Mail. I paid £10 for a "the next morning before 9" delivery. I was waiting and later that day I found a note in my mailbox. When I called a customer support, asking why the deliveryman didnt contact me, that he's downstairs, the customer support person said that they dont do that ("because it would take a lot of time"). I said that OBVIOUSLY calling my phone and buzzing the doorbell (which we dont have) would take the same time. The person asked me "Do you know any other company that calls?" I said that yes, that everytime I had something delivered the person calls me, this RoyalMail customer support person hanged up on me (!!!!!!!) :DDD Im not even kidding. So, for this obviously nervous, rude person (and obviously not very knowledgable about the industry), who has no business working in customer support and everyone else: companies, who OF COURSE contact the customer about the delivery: dpd, DHL (and I am sure many others, as contacting is a normal procedure)

-1 as they lie a lot then try to cover ut up+they are expensive. Just about everything is wrong with Royal Mail from the lack of Saturday deliveries to my street (busy residential area in London,FYI) to the way their "advisors" handle enquiries in Twitter and the management not being aware about their posties faking "attempted delivery " notices then complaining they have no staff etc...Ah,also received a false tracking update today about a parcel that was delivered about 3days ago. The notice says it will be "delivered" today. Yet we have not had a postman setting foot in our street today yet again...oh well, it is Saturday and they don't have staff so who am I to expect a Saturday service in London ,in 2018?!Total shambles and apparently, residents in the new, expensive blocks have complained several times as they get their mail misplaced or not delivered a lot...and guess what, nothing has happened. The management of Victoria Docks DO at Royal Mail surely knows about it all yet nothing happens and Saturday services remain unpredictable or entirely missing...

Information on how to collect returned parcel is a shambles. Unable to get a phone number. Amongst the worst companies in the world. Our local post man is fine, but management and organisation is atrocious.

Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm - and no delivery. Royal Mail's definition of guaranteed is different to everyone else's. Beware!

Posted a number of wedding invitations of which 50% were not delivered. Fobbed off by the Post Office when my husband went to ask for advice and explanation. Said we must have put incorrect postage. Weight and size as follows: 21g. 13.4x18.5cm 1.2mm thickness. Posted 2nd class over 3 weeks ago. Disgusted that you pay money and cost of invites for no redress whatsoever when they are not delivered in a timely manner. Do not send anything by Royal Mail, they just don’t care and you are funding an inefficient and unaccountable service.

Terrible service.. tracking is pointless as its never updated. Ive been waiting 9 days now for an update on 2 parcels sent international tracked and signed. I lost a parcel in March which has STILL not been returned. Its now being claimed there was no returns label on the package, which is a complete LIE... I always put a returns label on every parcel I send and tape it down for extra measure.. the only way there was no returns label on that package is if someone took the time to cut the tape off and remove it! What exactly are we paying for here as its certainly NOT what you advertise. One word to describe Royal mail .. SLOPPY!

This service is a joke. Literally. I pay for express delivery and they never deliver on time and on top of that they display a message on the tracking information that they attempted delivery while they didn't. It's been 3 times so far that this happened to me. I'm up since 7am on Saturday morning waiting for them, never came and now I have to book redelivery option again with 4 days more delay. Actually, I think that we pay for them to not work. This is a joke.

This is the worst service I've received. Totally inadequate behavior. They sent my shipment to the wrong country, and more than two months can not solve the problem, and I'm still waiting. The tracking system is a complete absurdity. I do not recommend to anyone.

Sent first class signed for letter a week ago. Important document but have no idea where it has gone. The recipient hasn't received it. Why bother to pay for a service which doesn't work. This is the third time I have sent post to this address and none has been received. Awful service

WORST company for B2B service. I have been waiting and calling every day since 40 days for grey mailbags, made 5 orders and not single order delivered since the day my OBA account was opened!
