It was very very late but I'd be willing to excuse that, my friend didnt recieve anything except the busted opened envelope with nothing in it. Im in tears at how careless and pathetic this service is. Truly shocking, I'm opening an investigation tomorrow as well as a refund as this service needs a HUGE change. I'm livid, and whats worse is that it looks like the package was opened by one of your staff. Truly pathetic. This gift was VERY important to me and my friend, and you have completely ruined it.

“Royal Mail is absolutely the worst service I have ever used or had experience with. First of all, their international shipping is definitely overcharged, not to mention the amount of letters and parcels they've lost. The most recent experience which inspired this review was another lost parcel. I have no idea where they left it. On the tracking site it only says it's been delivered. But where to? Certainly not to my house, and there was also no card to say with whom they left it with. Absolutely no transparency and no accountability! I've checked with my immediate neighbours any nobody had received it. Such a sloppy job from Royal Mail, they should be shut. They are so many more reliable services, I don't know why anyone would use Royal Mail for anything.”
“Royal snail mail I have now been waiting almost two weeks for a parcel to be delivered using Track 48. Only excuse that appears to be used is COVID 19. I am expecting to be told it has gone missing as if anyone is going to believe that poor excuse. Actually Royal snail mail is a poor excuse for a very poorly run company. The CEO needs to stop using COVID as an excuse and actually make his company work, get rid of his shirkers, thieves and union workers (who would prefer to drink tea than lift a finger to do some work).
