“Shocking service! many recorded delivery items not arrived a week before Christmas having posted them weeks ago. As a small business I am going to have to send lots of refunds for non arrival of items and providing a tracking number to customers is supposed to provide reassurance and a guarantee of delivery!!! I will be looking for another post provider next year as many businesses will. This is the slow gradual end of this company, can you believe they still have the nerve to call it 'The Royal Mail'

“Disgraceful, Royal Mail workers don’t deserve a payrise. Parcels I sent on 16th November are still sat in Bristol depot. This has massively affected my small business. I have worked so hard to build up a good business and reputation, at times I don’t get minimum wage. How can they justify the damage they have caused.”

“Nothing has gone right for months with Royal Mail. Everything I have ordered in good time for Christmas has not arrived. One order dated 8th November has still not arrived and the seller keeps fobbing me off with promises and asking me to be patient, but it is Royal Mail that hasn't delivered. Gifts ordered four weeks ago and being sent via a tracked service (48 hour) are stuck in remote sorting offices and not moving, so what about Christmas presents not arriving in time? Evri and Amazon are more reliable and trustworthy so I will not be using Royal Mail again. I have not posted any Christmas cards this year as the stamps cost twice as much as the cards and they don't get delivered, how pointless is that? Disgusted.

“Total waste of space , sent my passport off in plenty of time , paid for special delivery and recorded and what a suprise it never arrived lost by useless royal mail . Now costing me a small fortune getting replacement documents. I have sent with more reliable courier and has been delivered on time but holiday now in some doubt. “Two parcels from different companies lost! I ordered one parcel in October and one November. An important delivery which was sent on 11 November only received yesterday 13 December. This is not good enough! No wonder the general public have little sympathy for your strike when it's us you sre hurting with your industrial action and diabolical service.”
“Absolutely sick to death of this company as they are not fit for purpose but have no choice as no other companies in my area operate. 2 customers yesterday opened up a not received item case on ebay, and guess what there will be more and i will be well out of pocket. They try and make out the public are with them?, what planet are they on. When this is all over they should sack the instigators and layabouts. Do not use Jurassic union people then rewrite contracts stating no strikes. If you do not like it then move on and cause trouble somewhere else. “Terrible. I have been trying to track an item from my solicitors, sent on November 2nd and have a constant, annoying, 'sorry try again tomorrow' message. The fact that it has NOT arrived over a month later AND no tracking is beyond bad! Never use these if at all possible...disband the whole organisation! All the other delivery services are great!”
“I think Royal Mail are holding the public to ransom just to get more money. At the end of the day it’s the normal folk that are suffering, families rely on delivery’s over Christmas more so than any other time and Royal Mail are using that to there benefit. They had my support until they decided to punish the public to get what they want, iv had delivery’s with Royal Mail for weeks that are still with them, tracking info not moved from them so they are just holding it for weeks on end, my children and many many others are relying on delivery’s. If Royal Mail are prepared to make others suffer just to get what they want j think it’s time for Royal Mail to go, leave it to the company’s that can get orders and delivery’s done far quicker than them and can’t hold people to ransom over Mail.”
“Why couldn't royal mail strike in summer not at the busy time of year everyone is waiting for deliveries letters for hospital appointments medication and parcels royal mail can not guarantee everything will be delivered in time for Christmas and lots of people are going tobe upset on everything arriving late .
