“They are absolute rubbish. I sent a parcel to my sister, nine days before Christmas and it was returned to me more than twin months later because they could not find her address. Recently also, I have tracked a parcel that should have been received four days ago, and the parcel could not be found!!”

“I had a grey card delivered saying the sender hadn’t paid enough delivery, I tried to contact the local sorting office (sharston) to try to find out who had sent the parcel to be ignored put on hold and the phone being hung up! There is no where to complain for the section I want! All in all I am very dissatisfied.”

“2 parcels never arrived. 1 shown as delivered but never turned up. Called and was told I could made a complaint and would take 10 days. It was medications I expected. Not helpful at all. Another parcel never arrived, no red card left, only shown as not able to deliver becase the address was inaccessible. I live on the ground floor with street access. It’s extremely easy for all kind of deliveries. Home all day as self quarantine. No one came to deliver anything. No red card left. Called and again not helpful. Useless service! The worst delivery service I have EVER seen!!”
“It is actually a Minor 10. This is such an incompetent delivery company. I booked a redelivery to my local post office to find out that they lost my parcel. It was a medication I really need sent by my acupuncturist and since I’m leaving the country in a few days for a long while it was very important to take it with me. Without mentioning the money I spent. The only thing they say is they will issue a complain and will look into it and will let you know, without offering any guarantees or any kind of refund after it is their responsibility. What an incompetent and disrespectful company, you play with people as if they were puppets, without any regard to what loosing people’s items cause to them. Not only I will never use this company, but believe me I will make spread the word so much to friends acquaintances and on social media about your kind of service, that soon or later will have an impact on the company.”

Book in a jiffy bag inside a plastic bag covered in perfumed oil substance and previously a letter from Inland Revenue covered in the same substance BUT I must speak with the 'sender' to find what happened. “Would give zero stars if I could. 45 MINUTES on hold to customer services, when all I want to do is pay a customs charge that isn't allowing me to pay online. Repeated message over and over again trying to force me to use the website rather than wait for a human. On finally getting through to a person, it turns out that Royal Mail use some kooky way of counting the 21 day limit which looks a lot more like 20 days to a normal person, and also don't accept online payments in the last 48 hours of this period. Madness! I've now been told to go to the sorting office and wait in a queue with loads of other people during a time when we're all told to self-isolate. Absolutely the worst. Individual postal delivery staff are lovely, but as a service and as a company, privatisation has turned a decent postal service into the very very worst”
“They don't leave parcels with my neighbours and if I ask them to leave things on my doorstep they won't in case it gets stolen. But they have no issue doing it for other customers, literally everytime a delivery has been attempted, I've been indoors either waiting for it or asleep. I have bad hearing so if you don't buzz enough or knock loud enough then I either won't hear the door or I'll stay sleeping.
This is all a waste of everyone's time and everytime this happens I'm issuing a refund until Amazon stop using Royal Mail specifically for me. I can barely work your website and the phoneline doesn't recognise the ref. Number. Although I checked it several times.
Also why would I wait 3-4 days when I can get a refund, then reorder the item to deliver the next day at a more convenient time since it won't be royal mail.”
