“I sold an item on eBay yesterday morning, I took it to my local post office in Wickersley Rotherham who have always provided an excellent service.
I shipped the piece of pottery to Bovey Tracey in Devon. It arrived this morning.
Less than 24 hours!!
Cannot fault the service provided and for small businesses that is what is needed.

“These guys are amazing where I live in my new apartment. They always get the item to me, are friendly, apologise when late. DPD, on the other hand, don't call, don't buzz the intercom, leave packages in communal areas, don't deliver. Royal Mail have been reliable and trustworthy.”

“I have posted eight parcels all 1st class signed for on the 12th of December and not one has been delivered to date 17th Dec. The online tracking says that they have been accepted at the Post Office on the 12th and that's it, no more information! Absolutely useless service! I don't want to hear the Coronavirus excuse any more I'm sick of it, this is just lousy service and ripping the public off for a service the Royal Mail are not providing.
From now on I will avoid using Royal Mail wherever possible because they are an absolute disgrace!”
