“two parcels have been delayed, and my customers have not received them after 5 workdays, when I tracked it and could not track it by RM website bacause it uses GOOGLE RECAPTCHA to let you you answer many questions again and again. very disappointed!!!”

“parcel sent out 48hr tracked.supposed to be delivered to blackpool from london. 4 days later it was sent to pendle sorting office by mistake,not blackpool, dont they look at the postcode, fy4, is for blackpool, total incompitence in my opinion, never had this trouble with hermes or other carriers, no wonder this company has gone down the toilet. supposed to arrive sat before 3pm, the same morning checked tracking and it mistakenly sent to pendle, another 3 days waiting i suppose,,.”

“All packages sent with Royal Mail 48 have taken at least 8 days at best to be delivered. Slowest was a watering can at 6 weeks and heavily dented and leaking when finally delivered. When I asked the post woman if they held on to parcels until they had an armful to deliver, she said it was the senders who only posted if they had enough to fill postage criteria. WHAT AN AUFUL POSTAGE SERVICE!”
“Send off my day 8 Covid testing by Special Delivery guaranteed to be delivered the next day by 1pm to ensure that the biological specimen will be delivered within the 48 hours window. Royal mail has failed to deliver the package in consequence of which I lost money, could not go to work and had to repeat the testing process again! Royal Mail no longer so Royal?!”
“Collection did not turn up and when I went to a major post office I was told we don’t handle those because we don’t get paid for them you have to go to a sorting office - long journey to a sortong office to find it was closed on reduced opening due to covid”
“Debra parcel on the 28th April. Still not arrived and no help from Royal Mail tracking it. They told me to wait 10 days. 3 days trying to get through to customer services and then they now tell me to wait another 5 days. What is the point of paying extra for next day signed delivery when you cannot track my item. Surely this gives people the opportunity to steal your parcel as it cannot be tracked.

“Royal mail are a joke I'm waiting for a 48hr delivery it's now the second day and all I'm getting is we are waiting for your parcel to arrive at depot it also says due to covid we are have delays ? So how come all the other companies seem to get it right if I could I would give minus stars .”
“I never thought it would come to this but Hermes regular service is now twice as quick on average than Royal Mail 2nd or 48 and has amazing tracking every step of the way, even with the name of the driver. Hermes normally deliver by 8am here, Royal Mail between 2 and 4 pm with no weekends. RM needs to get up to speed with tracking for ALL packages, even the local depot has no clue how packages progress. The postman is 10/10 helpful in all weathers the yesteryear system is not his fault.”

“I really do not see the point of track and trace as you cannot track or trace your items,the whole point of track and trace is to see where your item is and where it has been but no,the sender its for gets a message saying its posted and the you have to wait and get another message saying its delivered if they can be bothered to update their system which they usually don't.And if you are the recipient all you get is a message saying its posted and thats it,nothing in between.DHL I can track my parcel all the time including when out for delivery, check where it has been and a reasonable idea of when it will arrive with a timed window.i can even track my yodel parcels and thats saying something,So all I can say is royal mail carries the head of the queen of our royal family and I think personally royal mail need to do an overhaul of there delivery system..”
“First class recorded delivery yet again not delivered a week after sending the letter. Apparently you have 30 days to deliver! This is a ridiculous amount of time? I have sent out appointments for staff who will not attend due to the poor service provided by you. This will cost my business 100's of pounds yet again. No doubt Covid 19 will be used as the excuse!!

“Royal mail tracked 24 is a joke.
My parcel headed south instead of North, it's destination was Cheshire but 2 days later it was in Hemel Hempstead.
It arrived at its destination 3 days after being accepted at the local post office. I wrote them an email - no apology they suggested i use guaranteed next time - there wont be a next time - Royal mail is beyond a joke, they really are not accountable and they really don't give a sh1t.”
