How the hell has it taken so long to deliver a package from one side of Nottingham to the other ? We are now on the 6th day of your 48 hour tracked delivery..... problems EVERYTIME i use royal FAIL

Sent International end to end tracking. Promised 4-5 days. Now nearly 1 month on- not arrived. Tracking still showing Langley, UK. Impossible to get through in the phone! Spent 60 min-no one picking up!!! Automated service -crap! You have to say the Reference number and each time the system picks random numbers! Where to complain???

Sent twice. Second time using recorded delivery. Both failed to arrive. (RM say that it was delivered- NO it was not - on both attempts) I put in a claim online, fobbed off with bull. The time elapsed to put in a claim is sufficient, yet you won't accept it. Incompetent or ???????

I’ve had so many problems with Royal Mail. Track and trace not working, app not working properly, website problems, parcel not being collected when they said it would be, it’s just rubbish!

Waited in all day for a parcel that Royal Mail have said will be delivered by 11:45am it’s now the evening and nothing. Even your tracking app says it will be delivered. Absolutely awful service. Do you think just because you have the royal crown you can treat customers like this?

I was told my parcel was delivered on the 17th of November! After enquiring with the company several times; where is my parcel. No parcel was delivered in that day- as family members were home all day and evening. Yet, Royal Mail have tracked my parcel was delivered to my address! No paperwork was posted as they supposedly delivered the item. Why should Royal Mail be allowed to deceive??? Enough is enough!!!

paid for special delivery from Manchester to Glasgow Thurs 3rd Dec. for Friday 4th . Still not arrived on the 5th and tracking stopped at Glasgow . Beware of this Scam as staed guaranteed delivery for the price I paid .

joke trying to get info over phone automated rubbish system seems impossible to actually speak to a person . pay £4.45 for a delivery and 7 days later same automatic messages reassuring you all is well . They need to stop making excuses and blaming it all on other things as to why there service year after year is not working .

Parcel delivered to the completely wrong address, thankfully it landed with a lovely genuine gent. Recently the deliveries have been pretty awful, could blame COVID but haven’t had a problem with any of the other delivery services

I have had several deliveries that say they are going to be delivered on a certain day then go into the tracking and royal mail say it will be delivered when dispatched by the seller then after contact with the seller they did despatch it. Nearly every order that I have ordered through Amazon has gone missing when royal mail is delivering it. It does really leave questions. I know it is a pandemic but all the other delivery companies have been on time and true to their word good on them. It is a good job that Amazon are so patient and will give refunds. But this must impact on them and I know they are are a multi billion pound company but I would be angry if my delivery companies didn't live up to expectations for both the provider and the customer. On another note our post women has wrecked our letter box by stuffing too big deliveries through (that do arrive) I have advised on this but it still happens. I hate complaining but I think people need to know and higher management need to know what is going on.

I posted a birthday card with the present, 1st class, my local post office in Coventry to my bother who lives on the Wirral- registered post on 28th November and it still hasn't arrived- tomorrow is 5th December and his birthday. The service is atrocious and moreover, it is impossible to get through to anyone in complaints on the phone.

First they lost one of my tracked parcels and basically asked me what could they do... it had gemstones in! Then it took them 10 days to deliver a parcel 37 miles... I could have walked there quicker. I then sent a parcel to Russia and that is who knows where because their tracking site is worthless. The strange thing is I had a parcel coming from Russia with DHL and it arrived in three days!!!! Royal Mail really need to stop using covid as an excuse and get back to being the decent service they once were!

Should be shut down ,,,48 hr deliver still not received 7 days later will now be monday thats 10 days.. stop paying for what these clowns cant deliver
