They used Covid-19 as an excuse for my item not arriving in time when I contacted them, and they didn't actually help me.They just told me to contact the sender and they did nothing more when I asked for help.
I am very disappointed and I am afraid that they lost my item...1 star is more than what Royal Mail and its delivery partners actually deserve.”
“1, Track and sign is a complete waste of time and is open to abuse by dishonest people. (RM staff and customers)
2, First class large letters frequently taking over 2 weeks to deliver in the UK.
3, When you make a claim for lost items you have to give a full run down of how much the item cost you to buy or make. Impossible when you hand make lots of items and buy materials in bulk.
4, If you cannot supply the above information you only get your postage cost back.
5, If you decide to make an official complaint, you get a generic reply that has nothing to do with your specific complaint and it basically tell you to get lost and that no, you cannot escalate higher.
I have a website and I also sell on EBay, unfortunately some customers have no interest in the issues I am having with RM and give you bad feedback which has an impact on sales.

“I now have four items outstanding which were supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail, dating back almost three weeks. The longest delayed item is a signed for package. According to the tracking information, this was deposited at a particular post office ready for delivery on 4th August; and according to the same tracking information, it is still there twenty days later. I live in Norway and the phone number from their site is "no in use" is what I hear when I try to call. 10 days to answere emails and the mail won't even send, just refreshes the site. Tracking assistant is just useless. Text phone does not work to text or to call - everything is shìt. Almost like they try to make it hard to get in contact with them! Worst experience ever. “If I could give negative stars oh my dearord I would give them million of those. This company needs to be closed down and never EVER be mentioned again. Its just TERRIBLE. Been waiting for my parcel for over a week now and it was posted as 24hours tracked service, on top of all that their broken website won't even let me use the tracking number, "update will be avaliable when we attempt to deliver", WE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. That's the bloody thing, you don't even make an attempt to deliver parcels. Bunch of useless and careless people. Horrible.”
