Absolutely no concerns at all for a very sick injured cat. Left it for over 5 days suffering. There is no love for animals in my mind . No money off me any more. Absolutely disgusting.

The shop in Ruislip high street always has appealing windows and the manager and staff always nice and polite.

They couldn't give a damn about animal welfare. It's all about the money. Useless and not fit for purpose organisation

TERRIBLE USELESS CORRUPT SERVICE i reported a case of neglect regarding 10-15 dogs that were being kept in a small compound, with many escaping and a lot of them being dirty and having matted fur. Another was being tied up by its front paw with a thin piece of string and it seemed injured. Rang the police who told me to call the RSPCAA emergency line - over an hour I had to wait! All for her to say there were no immediate concerns and they would look into it. The respondent was so rude and patronising and didn’t seem to be bothered about the welfare of these (potentially stolen) neglected dogs. I will NEVER ring this organisation again for help.

I worked at the RSPCA and they would euthanise at least 40cats a day and at least 15 dogs a day. If they were healthy, they would put on the system it was because they were sick. When euthanise they would throw the animals across the room, showing no respect or remorse. It got too much for me that I ended up having a massive breakdown, they didn’t care. I can assure you if you think you are helping the animals by donating - THINK AGAIN. A lot of the funds go towards euthanasia liquid

Absolute Corrupt useless shower of ... Take dogs off loving , caring owners and leave abused neglected animals to die. Unprofessional dishonest and cruel. They do not look after animals or care about animals or humans welfare. Should be Closed Down. Donate your money to a local shelter or home that you know helps animals because the rspca certainly don't.

Rang to tell them about an abandoned starving dog. They did nothing for this dog told me to ring council which I had done before I rang them. Council had been out but could not catch it so they told me to ring the RSPCA. All this time there is a starving scared dog out there that they won’t help. Far as I know that’s what you are here for helping animals. I don’t know if the poor dog was abandoned or lost not everyone is on the internet. Council sadly will put her down. No wonder I was told not to ring you by many people your useless

I was subscribing ten pounds each month to RSPCA for a long time. I phoned to tell them that a pony was tied up to a tree off a main road. It had strong chains around its legs so couldn't move. An empty bin which should have contained food and water but didn't was too far away. I gave it a piece of apple which kept dropping to the floor probably due to poor teeth. I told all this to the administrative girl who was only interested in asking me to subscribe to their charity. She then said "we can't do anything unless the pony is being neglected. I said having heavy chains wrapped around its legs, no access to food or water sounded neglectful to me. I certainly didn't get the response that you see on their TV programme. I cancelled my.monthly subscription and subscribed to a more deserving charity. They have their disinterested admin girl to thank for this.

I am a carer for a lady with MS who has very limited financial means. The lady has been desperate for her young male dog to be neutered. The branch she had used was closed permanently. I have tried to get in touch with the RSPCA for about 18 months without success. There is only an answerphone, it is never attended there is never a response. I managed to get a call through to the more general office. There I was told that the London practivce does respond but that is nonsense. After a while of polite but determined inquiry, the RSPCA officer began sounding darker in tone insisting on name and address even though earlier they'd tried to get off the line. It seemed like a retaliation attitude, as if filling out a cruelty form out of temper. Its been a horrible experience trying to get in touch with the RSPCA who seem to have decided to throw everything into fund raising and forget about using it for its stated purpose and charity. I would say there is very little reason to donate anything to the RSPCA & question where the money is going as sinister dark forces might be at work.

Once again, absolutely no help given. Our neighbours purchased a new puppy which they have left in a 3x3 cage in full Sun with a small kennel that becomes an oven on this 35 degree day. Only 1 inspector in our area who is on leave so nobody can help. So I guess we’ll just let the puppy cook then. Way to go dickheads.

Reported animal abuse. Even the police came after I saw what happened. Simply saying you will investigate means nothing. We want answers and resolution. The guy still has the dog he treats bad plus another. Very disappointed in your service now..

Because of money you don't save them you leave them taking only the ones that you can show on TV and say how great you are all Rubbish

Had a stray cat outside for weeks called the RSPCA who took it back to the owners (it is chipped) and told them to get it to a vet. Two days later it’s back in the same state. Called them again and was told to kick it out and don’t feed it, the owner says it wonders off and is booked to see a vet next week. The RSPCA should make sure this cat is kept in and taken to the vet sooner, not left sitting outside my house 24/7. Clearly it is uncared for and kicked out 😡😡😡😡

I spoke to the rspca several times regarding a cat that keeps staying outside my property and was told to ignore it and not feed it, it's been outside in the rain for days with no food and it's on a special diet, it's goes through rubbish bags trying to find food and was told by the rspca that if the cat is going through rubbish bags then it's getting food but that's not necessary, the bags are only out once a fortnight so it's not getting food for days, I had spoke to a vet and was told if the cat is out in the rain and no food it would die within the week but an rspca officer said the cat won't die, they also said theowners do not have to collect their cat, if the owners cared that much then the cat would go home but it doesn't, when I go out and find the cat is seriously ill or has died I will personally hold the rspca responsible. Absolutely disgusting

Took a poorly "feral" can off the streets and RSPCA 1) refused him a rescue place and 2) refused to pay for any treatment. Makes me so angry that they're crying all over the TV yet wouldn't splash out even £100 to pay for a sick cat. Absolutely useless and obviously pulling on people's heart strings to pay the CEO's mega. Don't donate to them, your money just lines some big man's pocket!

There was a dog left in a car with the windows partly down and the temperature was 70. I phoned and was told to call the police. That would have taken 30mins. If I had to I would have broken the glass. I'm thinking of supporting a different dog charity. I am not happy. Good at messaging but not your job! I am thinking to support another dog charity after 12years
