“I should have read the reviews first. I chose DHL delivery as the website clearly states it was free to the uk, I checked. I started to receive demands for £28.40, 33% of the price I paid as import duty. I sent two emails and left a phone message with creation watches. There was no response until I contacted paypal, then several emails stating that I had agreed to these terms. No acknowledgement of this unexpected fee feeling like a rip off. On closer examination I found that AFTER payment had been accepted, there was a confirmation page of delivery option that I had already checked. This time, there was a message about duty being extra. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE”

Dear Customer, As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. (Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported.) We have no control over this. We do not have phone support, communicate via emails only. “Just bought Seiko SKX017. Beautiful new watch and definitely best buying experience. Placed my order and received trucking and shipping updates from DHL Express in an hour after order, got my order in a few days. It’s crazy amazing how fast this watch store works, despite the fact I am from USA and store is in Asia, my Amazon store takes way longer to process and ship my orders plus Amazon have taxes and shipping cost and the same watch will be $80 more. Thank you so much Creation Watch, you do great job!!!”

“I dont recommend this company as they send me a faulty watch and to make it worst they told me to send it to repair shop instead of taking it back. I think its a used one instead of a brand new and after a long negotiation they finally refunded me. But the tax that i paid i need to apply for a refund and untill now there is no sure if i will get it.”

“I ordered a new watch on the afternoon of the 22/1/2020 and it was delivered to New Zealand at 15:00 on the afternoon of the 24/1/2020. Of all overseas orders I have made non have ever been delivered so quickly, absolutely awesome. The watch was in perfect condition, thanks heaps Creation Watches, you made my day. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new time piece.”

“I have already my watches, after I have waited 62 DAYS. I have paid €13 MORE for taxes of the customs house. When i bought from your page you didnt tell me that. You must say it. In conclusion, I waited more than if I bought it from Amazon, and I also spent more money. I trusted on you but you have dissapointed me. It was money from my savings. I hope you can do something to repair this situation. At least, I will wait for another watch for free as an apologize.”

No surprise - the seller shipped so quickly from Singapore and it reached me (USA) less than 3 days later.
