“terrible customer service, no one replied to my emails until after 4 weeks! stay away! pay the extra and be assured you are getting a legitimate watch and have a good experience.... this company is the worst!”

“My orange orient ray raven 2 arrived Thursday evening I had consistent notification from DHL which was great it arrived earlier than anticipated in a beautiful box looked gorgeous i love it!! My experiences with dhl and cw was excellent”

“The Seiko watch I was sold stopped working after three months.!Creation Watches did not agree to a replacement or full refund. This is not acceptable position to leave the customer in”

“Creation watches have some of the best deals out there on a good variety of watches.All their watches are genuine and come in their original boxes.There is no 'mark up' to 'make up' either because,their is no middle-man so,the savings are passed onto the customer.Their service and delivery times cannot be faulted either so,if creation watches have a watch you want,you will find it hard to find the same watch cheaper that comes with a no hassle buying experience!..”
