“This is my first purchase with Creationwatch's. I ordered a seiko skx007 and received the watch within 6days to the UK which I think is pretty remarkable considering all of todays restrictions. I am very pleased with the way the watch was packaged and the quality of the watch. I will certainly be buying my next watch from creation watch's, the whole transaction was very smooth.”

“I am very pleased with your service and your price. I got a navy seal Luminox 3001 dive watch for $80 dollars less than I had seen it anywhere. I have a lot of watches. My original one of these lasted over 20 years and was lost in the mail. I gave my second one to my wife :) I waited over 2 years to find the watch under $300. I bought it as soon as I found your website . Under $250. I am extremely pleased with your service. Very few companies have excellent price and service. You have both.”

“Ordered a Tissot watch 2 goddamn months ago. I live in belgium and it appears customs seized it for being counterfeit. My last 3 emails have had zero response from creation watches. I advise anyone to look elsewhere. It is not worth your time.. In my case i received a letter stating i have the option to have it being destroyed or i might even be held accountable... I never experienced such bad customer service.. Be warned!”

“I made two orders with you on the 5th of last month my goods arrived here in Denmark didnt hear anything from my post company , wrote a few emails to you , you said i had to get in touch with my post company , which i did, they say my goods are being held at customs (dont know why ?) so i called them (i mean , i had to do all the tracking aswell , not bloody cool , anyways ive just checked my post company, and it says my goods have bloody been returned to you , not good service at all ,after i get either my goods or money back (quickly,,) i will not be doing trade or recommending youre site to any of my freinds again like i have in the past 😠 VERY LAME CUSTOMER SERVCE”

“Shocking company to buy from. Do not use. Terrible customer service. I waited 2 months and then to add insult to injury was asked to pay £18.27 customs charge when it says FREE POSTAGE.”

“Watch didn't arrive on time. Customer survice replies to their e-mail very slowly. Watch mechanisme is shaking inside and makes strange noise. You have to pay a custome fee on watch arrival. All return charges have to be covered by a customer. Do not reccomend to buy anything from this retailer. When you summarise the charges, then you will understand that it's much cheaper to buy the watch on a high street!”
