Absolutely awful customer service. I bought my Seiko automatic watch from Creation about month ago. At start the watch the was perfect, however after 3 days of wear I noticed the watch was not holding time correctly and when held at certain angles would stop ticking. I immediately messaged someone about the fault, but after almost a week of to and from emails the best they could offer was $10 for the inconvenience. They refused to exchange/refund the watch even if I payed for shipping back to Singapore as the watch was in a "used" condition. Apparently because I adjusted the strap and took the protective stickers off they refused to look at watch, even though it was faulty. I can't get it seen by Seiko in the UK as Creation is not an authorised seller. I was livid with there customer service and would advise UK buyers to be weary as if you get a faulty product you are stuck with it.

But we cannot breach our policy as your watch has been used, we cannot accept it for return/exchange. You can send watch back to us for repair as watch comes with 1 year warranty. Al llegar los relojes a España he tenido que pagar un montón de impuestos, que han subido el precio de los relojes en más de un 30%. ¡Mucho cuidado con lo que compráis! Os podría salir mucho más caro de lo que parece; como desgraciadamente ha sido mi caso.

Dear Juan, It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered shipping' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option. Muy buena tienda. Compre mi primer Seiko automatico y la verdad que todo perfecto. El envío en 5 días y por correo. No recomiendo enviar por dhl ya que puede que te cobren aduana . Recomendable 100%

Hello I bought a watch internet said Free shipping but when D H L came to deliver it they asked £40 delivery so I cancelled the order now have been waiting for my money to be returned but still waiting W E Towers

I purchased a Seiko Automatic submariner watch from you last year 2018 and it has lost time of approx 4-5 minutes per week after just 3-4 months wearing it daily! Now after consulting with Seiko UK as its ubnder 12 months old they say they will not honour the guarantee as you have not placed your dealer stamp and full details of the model and case number on the guarantee card. Iam to say the least VERY disappointed as they say there is a lot wrong with the mechanism of this supposedly Brand new Watch I purchased from you.

very prompt delivery to UK however I was also charged by DHL an extra over 25 percent the cost of the watch which I was not to happy about. The watch is great but additional DHL costs may put me off future purchases.

The service provided by CreationWatches.com was excellent. Good price, paid via Paypal, quick dispatch -- all good. However, I was less impressed by DHL. I expected that I would pay VAT/Customs, but DHL also charges a £11 admin charge, so the total extra costs (shipping to the UK) were £32 for a watch that costs just over £100. Also, while I was able to track the shipping via the DHL website, it wasn't clear how I was to pay for the £32 charge. The DHL website explained that I would receive a message (email? text?) explaining the costs and how to pay, but the message never arrived. I needed to navigate the complex DHL website in order to find the info. Some time was lost as I was waiting for the message.

Beware, do not buy from this site. To my big disappointment, I bought a Seiko watch in December 2018. I had to pay more than 40 euro in tax and duties to DHL! Creation watch knew about this issue with DHL France and they could have sent the watch via another freight provider which would have been able to avoid tax and duties and other costs. Beware on top of 40 euro half of that is VAT on duties and the other half are costs incurred by DHL!!! (the watch was 149 euro). The truth of the matter is, had I bought the watch via Amazon.fr, I would have paid the same price. To add fuel to the fire, the watch is no longer working! And the problem starts. Seiko watch makers where I live refuse to repair the watch which is still under warranty. They don’t want to send the watch to Seiko France because it was purchased online. I called Seiko France yesterday and they will not accept the watch unless it is sent by one of their watch maker. In other words, I don’t know if this is Seiko taking its revenge on consumers who buy online but I’m left with a watch that does not work. Creation Watch suggest I return the item at my cost – 25 euro to pay yet again! In spite of the many emails exchanged with Creation Watch they act as if they don’t understand and just write back saying the watch is guaranteed for 1 year by the manufacturer. But Seiko France and their watch makers will NOT take custody of the watch. Beware, don’t buy this type of watch online except via amazon.fr as the latter guarantees a refund if a customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase. Amazon.fr will also send free returns. Needless to say, I’m a very disappointed customer.

About six months ago I placed an order with these guys. I had bought a watch in the past and received it promptly. This time around, they appeared to have used a cheaper postal service since it was a lower cost item and adjusted the delivery window accordingly. So I waited. After several weeks I got worried and contacted them. They told me, it's normal, keep waiting. After a couple of months they told me they were investigating. It's now been SIX MONTHS of waiting and I'll I get back is the same copy-and-paste responses from someone called Vanya asking me to wait. I demanded my order or refund. Same copy-and-paste response. So be warned that if there are any complications with your order, THESE GUYS DON'T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT AND YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. They have taken my money and I have received nothing. Absolutely appalling.

I appreciated the speed in which this watch was delivered. Considering it was coming from Singapore I was concerned whether it would be authentic. However, upon careful observation it appears to be.
