“Creationwatches did just great job when I ordered my Orient watch. Shipping was fast and the watch is absolutely great! I ordered on Sunday night and get the watch in Friday. There were one extra day because of the clearance event in Finland due to DHL. Please notice that this will happen every time when you use DHL and taxes should be paid. DHL is a first row student who make sure that all the taxes/administrative fees will be paid according to the law... Anyway I subscripe to use some other delivery company than DHL if possible. Thanks to Creationwatches! At all I am very thankfull.”

“Very disappointed of the whole experience. I ordered a G-SHOCK CASIO watch (GSG-100-1A3) for 156€ and at the local post office in Greece (ELTA) I had to pay an EXTRA 73€ to receive it!!!”

Dear VASILEIOS, It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered Post' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option. “PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ACTUALLY A ZERO STAR REVIEW. Creationwatches is the worst company I have ever dealt with when buying a watch! Be warned - they do not sell Citizen watches with a Citizen box. They send a Seiko box. Yes, utterly bizarre but true! Please read the 1 star reviews to see the full details of their utterly useless customer service!”

“I've had 3 watches now from Creationwatches.com, two Seikos and an Orient and I have been delighted with both the quality of the service and the quality of the watches, both have been fantastic, no complaints from me and with excellent pricing compared to what I would have to pay in stores in the UK. At first I took the DHL shipping option and I had to pay import tax plus a handling fee from DHL but the last two watches have just been the standard airmail wihtout box and just supplied in a pouch option and there was no import tax on these they just came through the door in the regular post.”

“Good watch and fast delivery. But 1 day after i received the watch i got an email from customs that said that i needed to pay around 65 dollars in vat and customs. The former reviews did not suggest that this could happen nor did creationwatches write anything about this on their site clearly. I am disappointed.”

“I have bought my first automatic Seiko from CreationWatches, the buying experience was smooth and without any unexpected events. The watch came with the full package with warranty in an accurate box. The shipping was very fast thanks to DHL. I will definitely consider buying more from CreationWatches, maybe by that time they will add a user profile area to the website, the only thing the website lacks, other than that, good company!”

“Ordered and paid on 30/11 for a swatch watch which on line said 10-14 days delivery then you said upto 5 weeks. Never got and I want a refund and your ignoring my emails. This is fraud”
