“After stating 3 to 5 days it took over three weeks. Sent from Singapore to Thailand. Not that far. WATCHES had no Orient manuals and 1 watch had no warranty card. When i requested they forward these items i just get mumbo jumbo BS and no action. Poor service, lies and ignirant manners. My advise is to buy elsewhere!”

“The price was excellent for the watch, and the delivery through DHL was wonderfully fast, but I'm sorry that the color of the watch face in the website photo is not how it looks in real life. I thought that the face of the watch would be white based on the photo, but it is a cream color with green tones - it's not terrible, but it's not what I was looking for. I will be reselling the watch here in the States.”

“Horrible company! Don't waste your time or money. I placed an order two weeks ago and have yet to receive anything, But the money has been taken out of my bank account. Poor customer service. The don't reply to email or Facebook messenger. Dodgy!!!”
