While we regret that you had to pay import duties. We have no control over this. “Very happy with my purchase of two watches. Small snag when my credit card company originally denied transaction pending verification from me that this was not a fradulent transaction and then from the seller because the transaction was dendied and then approved but i have a seperate billing and shipping address. In any event, once this was resolved, which took a couple of days, everything else went smoothly. The watches are great. They came in Orient and Orient Star boxes with documentation. The price was very competitive - best I could find anywhere. So- for those who have not purchased on the grey market before - do not fear this is a legit, well established company. The difference between grey market and authorized dealer is like taking your car in for an oil change at the dealership rather than pepboys. The dealer will charge you a lot more for the exact same service. For US customers, we have a trade deal with SG - no terriff or duty on these watches, so no worries there. DHL was excellent in shipping - status updates right to my door. Very pleased with Creation Watches, will use again, and highly recommend.”

French buyers, you should know that the final price (111,50 EUR) is about 1,5 times the initial, majored by "frais de dédouanement, droits et taxes (TVA)". It would be useful to know that, and to be able to compute the final amount.”

“Seiko SNZG13. No problems. Good quality Seiko. It was delivered as promised. Watch works fine for more than one week now and i am happy with it. I chose regular airfreight with no box. only wrapping in order to maybe get past customs. I think the watch should have been wrapped better in double layers of bubble wrap. It was only one layer, which could damage the watch if you're are unlucky. Unfortunately Swedish customs stopped the package anyway (which you should expect as a buyer) and I had to pay both customs fee+administration fee. And customs held the shipment for one week! Next time I will choose DHL delivery for faster delivery + tracking. I will definitely have to pay customs fee as DHL declares the shipment, but then it will not get stopped for 1 week and I won't have to pay for the extra admin fee.”

“I can only write a review on my experience of the delivery company, as I have yet to receive my watch, so I cannot review the company on that. DHL have delivered to my house many times, but this time it has been a nightmare!! I use a tracking app to track every package, but this package did not arrive as stated, it said delivered BUT has not been, so now, I start the process of finding out where, if any, it has been delivered. Like I said, I cannot review about the watch as I have not received it.”
