“This was my first experience purchasing anything from Creation Watches. Being that I'm in the US and they're in Singapore, I was definitely hesitant at first. After reading many of the positive feedback from other shoppers, I decided to give it shot. I purchased a fairly inexpensive Seiko 5 Sports (SNZG15J1) and to my surprise, it was on my wrist in (2) days. Yup, (2) days from Singapore to Hong Kong to California. The watch came in perfect condition and at more than a 20% discount from what I could find on Amazon. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the shopping experience with CW, overall. In addition, they also reached out to me prior to shipping because of the discrepancy in my billing and shipping address so they are proactive in trying to eliminate fraudulent purchases as well so that's an added bonus. Shop with confidence.”

“I've received my watch after 5 days (1day for order and 4 for shipping(DHL)) and i'm so happy! The watch was perfectly protected, opening the box was a very emotionnal moment (my first auto)! The watch is brand new, shinny and beautiful! I highly recommand this website for all watch lovers who wants to make good savings.”

“I am very happy with my purchase. The watch (Seiko Kinetic Diver's SKA371P1) looks stunning, feels great (it felt really heavy at first, but I got used to it surprisingly quickly and I don't mind the weight at all now). The price was great too. I am also happy with the customer service at Creation Watches. I always thought the true colours come out when there is an issue. When everything goes well, everyone is a good guy (or gal), but not necessarily so if one complains. I had a small issue, but people at CW handled my complain promptly and provided clear explanation, so I realized there was no real problem at all. And finally delivery by DHL was good too. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with you again. Thanks!”
