“Ordered on a sunday, received the watch the following friday in Norway, by DHL express delivery. Were charged VAT and toll charge by DHL afterwards. Overall pleased with the service.”

“Dear CW, I will admit to being a little skeptical about Creation Watches, especially after seeing some of the negative feedback on the web outside of the CW site, however I have had nothing but a positive experience. The delivery address I sent was slightly wrong and DHL and CW did everything in their power to make sure my watch was delivered. It is exactly as advertised and I couldn't be more pleased. Will I be coming back for more? Absolutely, as soon as I can afford it.”

“Received my new Orient Elegant Classic yesterday. I received it here in the USA only 5 days after ordering! The watch is gorgeous. I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5 only because the leather band is not as nice as the watch itself, but honestly for the price I paid, it was a great deal. I expect to find a classier and nicer band and switch that out. Getting it half way around the world into my hands in perfect condition is amazing. It has now been running for 24 hours and has gained only 4 seconds in that time. I am very pleased with its accuracy and its class. I encountered no unhappy surprises with this order and expect to order again before long.”

“Very happy with the watch however I was surprised by the tax for import to UK. I don’t believe this was properly displayed during purchasing. Could have got the watch for the same price in a high street shop.”

Dear Keith, As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. We have no control over this.
