“Ordered a seiko 5 809 from creation watches and it showed up brand new and in perfect condition. It did take about 3 weeks for it to come in though because I live in the mid west region of the United States and it had to go through customs wich is NOT creation watches fault.”

“The watch (Orient Quartz Domed Crystal FUG1R003W6) and delivery time is great, but if you order from England, be prepared to pay extra money to DHL for custom tax, which for me was 24.2 pounds and the invoice came one month later. So I ended up paying for it 90.2 pounds (66+24.2).”

Dear Mircea, It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered shipping' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option. “The watch (Orient Automatic Power Reserve EZ09005W) is great, but if you order from England, better try to find it elsewhere, otherwise you are going to pay extra money to the courier for custom tax which for me it was 40 pounds. I found this watch in UK for 169 pounds, so cheaper than 183 (143 + 40).”

“Ok, I'm just gonna come clean and say it, I thought this was some sort of scam. I ordered an automatic Seiko 5, that was advertised as cheap enough to make me sceptical, and paid the asking price. Shipping in 10 to 14 days. To my utter surprise my package arrived a day earlier than their fastest estimate, a bubblewrapped package that I was sure contained a lemon. How wrong I was, as inside I found the exact watch I'd ordered, a legitimate Seiko 5 automatic, a fold out box (more on that later) and a tidy little fabric wallet with the genuine manual inside. The metal bracelet attached to the watch was very long, I assume this was to save sending spare links which I thought was a really good idea, the little wallet was a nice touch too. Also inside was a cut of thick black foam which when placed inside the little fold out box, allowed the watch to be kept in a position which shows of its face and opens the bracelet to avoid scratching the metal. This box isn't an official seiko watch box, those are available at the checkout for an extra few pounds. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be using CreationWatches again very soon.”

“Happy with the delivery, as it was delivered within 48hours since I placed the order. 2 Stars is because the information on Custom/Import charges weren't mentioned & the duty tax, Due to which the watch's price shot to 50% extra of the MRP offered to me.
