“Ordered a Seiko SNP159P1. Creation Watches said the watch had been sent DHL, yet on DHL website they report “notification of watch to be sent”. So DHL do not have the watch and Creation Watches have stopped replying to my e-mails. It is now a week since the watch was ordered. Appalling customer service.”

“Real good service and nice prices. My order was No: 10510303. But be aware of DHL postal service! IT IS NOT FREE OF CHARGE! Of course, you have to pay Import Tax, I payed it around 30EUR. But, DHL took extra 26EUR, for what? When DHL inform you that you have parcel, they also ask you if you want them to pay Import Tax instead of you. If you say yes they pay Import Tax for you and charge you extra 26EUR? But there is no other way for you to pay Import Tax, they know it and they blackmail you. Don't you said during payment procedure that the DHL service is free? Well, it is not, and it is inadmissible. When I asked CreationWatches for an explanation I did not get one. Maybe it is the time for CreationWatches to make some conversation with DHL. Besides, I did not have this kind of situation with Aliexpress over Chine Post. “I never received the product, the tracking number says it was delivered but doesn't say if it's my home or not so I think it's a scam, the site refuses to help me and sends me back to the post office, which it sends me back to them, very easy for them to deceive the buyer and you won't be able to do anything about it! The site clears customs by giving a tracking number which is false, there is no proof of delivery. They do this on purpose to reply once every 2 months by email to save time. UPDATE: 9 months later they say they did an investigation but never got back to me, no refund, no proof of receipt because i never signed anything this is a scam, the other comments are bogus”

“My FreeDiver Helium Safe 1000M Sapphire Quartz 1038EF102V arrived last week. It fulfills everything that it promises and, although I do not do saturation diving, I can say it worked very well at 17 meters of depth. It is very accurate, lightweight and very comfortable to use. As for the appearance of this Ratio, an observer can tell it is a - good quality - tool from many meters away. I say that getting a Seiko workhorse movement, saphire glass and a Helium safe valve for so little money it's a steal. My only criticism is the quality of the lume on hands, markers and pip that do not store light for a long time, but it is nitpicking because one cannot ask for every little thing for this low price. Creation Watch's service was excellent. I'm so glad I bought from them. Keep up the good work, and we will do business again.”
