“good quality watch. good price. excellent delivery,but when you factor in import duty and tax the price of the watch is then quite expensive,when you think I could have bought one from a local watch shop cheaper. they say p+p is free,but it isn't free.”

“The order was delivered as seen, however I was not expecting that much in VAT and handling fee which made the order 1/3 more expensive. Upon delivery, I couldn´t get the watch to run properly, but I got help from the customer support and got it working (slapped the back of the watch case). There was also a slight missalignment of the 6 o'clock marker but I was prepared for this to be the case with SKX´s.”

Sometimes it can be easily corrected if it is a dial alignment issue (any watchmaker can quickly adjust the dial to align, and you can get it done locally). “Returned my watch for a warranty repair in July and every time I ask for an update, I’m told to be patient and they will provide an update. Then silence... I chase them again a few weeks later, and they tell me to be patient, that they will provide a update. Then silence... In October, they finally said that, if they hadn’t returned the watch in November, I could have a refund or replacement. So it’s now November, and there’s still no sign of my watch. And when I ask for them to honour their promise of a refund or a replacement they, again, tell me to be patient and they will get back to me. And then silence...”
