“First watch ordered last year. Received wrapped in sort of small pocket without any authenticity certificate nor guarantee nor invoice. Did not work properly. Had to send hundred of mails before getting any answer from customer service. Then took them 6 months for 'repair' before admitting to refund the watch (without refund for the customs and without refund for my shipping costs). Second watch arrived beginning of August without again a authenticity certificate nor a guarantee nor an invoice. It stopped working after 2 days. Can not believe these watches are genuine. There so called 'customer service' is a scam. They do not reply to the asked questions and do not propose any helpful solution. Get away from these guys!!”

“There's something about certain watches that makes the soul tick... And when that is combined with exceptional prices and swift service, it's simply marvelous! The CW prices are unbeatable and their service commitment is great as they ship across the globe using a reputable courier service DHL. If your item falls under a taxable category, DHL play the role of clearing agents and get the item assessed, and the import tax can be paid to DHL upon delivery. It's a hassle free experience. I would highly recommend CreationWatches.com and have bought about nine watches from them so far, and don't think I'm stopping there ;) My latest is the Citizen EcoDrive GMT Diver watch, which I thought would be large for my wrist, but am very happy about how it fits.”

“A £73 watch after having to pay import duty to DHL to get delivery cost £98.60. You have to read the very small print, but you will not know what the import duty is until you have bought the watch, and are awaiting delivery.”

“Received two lovely Seiko watches today and absolutely delighted with them. However, I should have taken a careful look at Creation's small print and not just taken their "FREE DELIVERY" at face value. My £166 purchase after DHL charges and customs/VAT duties, advised later, rose to over £215. It is obviously a devious move by Creation Watches not to highlight this probability (not everyone has to pay, it would seem) and I could have bought from Amazon or several other UK retailers for about the same price but with less aggravation. I will not be buying from Creation Watches again.”
