“placed order on 11/29/22, no confirmation of order, look on website shows ship date of 12/1/22. Didn't receive a confirmation on 12/1/22 so checked again and ship date is 12/5/2022. Today (12/7/2022) I look and it's got a ship date of 12/6/2022. I have tried the online chat and it has been saying offline the entire day. I have tried calling multiple times only to have it say customer service is not available. They have my money. I purchased these for a company raffle on this coming Friday. Don't waste your money nor your time. FYI, there are threads going back to 2013 with the exact same issues so this is nothing new and obviously not a concern for this company.”
“On November 30th, 2022 I placed an order for 6 items with RTIC and they charged my A/E that day. Today is December 6th, 2022 and I’ve never received an order confirmation or anything saying when my order will ship? I tried calling customer service and after 30 minutes of being on hold they hung up on me.”
“I purchased a backpack cooler and it’s already leaking, and it’s just from the ice. I don’t recommend, I tried to get in touch with customer service and they said it only had a 90day warranty. Don’t purchase save your money.”
“After purchasing an ice chest online, I went back online to cancel it, it had been received, but not processed according to their site. It was sent anyway, and after sending it back, they now tell me there is a 15-minute window to cancel an order, and I have to pay a 15% restocking fee.”
“I was once a happy customer but my last 2 orders with them have been a nightmare. One order took over a month to even ship on products represented as in stock. The other order went on sale a day later by 10% and they would not honor the new price, offer a refund or even a store credit. Such a disappointing experience.”

“I ordered a tote bag and a smaller utility bag that I had been wanting for awhile , placed the order using a visa gift card, everything processed and received email confirmation for order - next day I get a text indicating I need to confirm my order I called to see what the problem is and was told that I needed to give them the code the bank ( you have to go online and look it up) gives you when you place an online order explained I used a gift card and the customer service lady “Marie” said well that’s the problem we don’t take gift cards due to fraud… ok seriously???? She said she would not be able to fulfill the order and would have to refund the money to the gift card ok really so they have the money for the products that I ordered but they cannot take a gift card because of “fraud” what kind of company does this ????”
“They ONLY post positive reviews. Will not post a negative accurate honest review of their product and the openly admit that. They say they don't have enough room to post all the reviews. Only ones by relevancy. Which means only positive ones. Their products are garbage. Yeti is better. You do get what you pay for. Just go to Walmart atleast then you know what your getting and they issue refunds for defective products.”
“Horrible company!!!!!!! i have 8 tumblers 2-20oz then 4-30oz and 2-40oz on my 40oz the gaskets broke okay not a problem there 1.5 years old WAS I WRONG RTICdoes NOTsell replacement gaskets for the 40oz. the 30oz gaskets are $5.99 for 5 according to customer service i must buy the lids at $4.50 each and even better they are discontinuing the 40oz so parts WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE ANY LONGER ANYWAY SO I WOULD SAY THAT RTIC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY I SAY BUY YETI”
“I bought the soft cooler for my husband. He was only able to use it a few times before the zipper broke. It did keep our drinks cold though. My opinion, spend a little more and get a Yeti. Or save your money and buy something cheaper so it doesn't hurt your pockets when it needs to be replaced.”
“This review is in reference to customer service. Don't ever expect to be able to exchange something for another color or exchange something at all. I bought a bunch of tumblers on Friday & realized I bought 2 in the wrong color. Went back on Monday with receipt, all in original package and in the bag all were put in at the store and was told no exchanges allowed. I would have to return all and then re-buy but, re-buy at a higher price. This to me is ridiculous! I don't understand why this simple exchange could not happen. Not a happy camper!!!”

“We bought a 65 quart cooler. This thing is amazing. We put 4 blocks of ice in the bottom and filled the cooler. 7 days later the blocks were about 1/2 melted. I’m ordering another right now. Highly recommended.”
