Although the rug shipped asap and arrived very quickly, I am not happy with the quality of the rug. I am very careful & not to use a vacuum with a beater bar...But still, the rug will NOT stop shedding. It's been over a year now and it still sheds everywhere! It's awful. I do not recommend this rug (Surya Sahara SAH-2305 Beige Rug) to anyone!

Order took way to long to ship. Poor communications regarding the delay. I had to inquire rather than gettinga status.

I was told via online chat it was ready to ship. Took longer than I expected to ship. Really hated that when you call the 800 number you really have no prompts to talk to customer service about shipment dates. Customer service is very important to me. I most likely would not order again. I feel like they say all the right things but the words are louder than actions

I recently purchased a Loloi rug. As far as quality, the rug is five stars. It is very nice. The description said the rug was Brick and Sand, but the color in my opinion was not brick, it was brown. I reached out to customer service in order to return the rug, but was told the price was considerably reduced to clearance and could not be returned. It did have the word 'clearance' in the title 'Loloi Rugs Heirloom Store Clearance HQ08 Brick Rug' but it wasn't on clearance in terms of being permanently marked down. When I sent the email to request a return for rug - the rug was not on sale.

Great prices and selection but grossly misleading delivery times! Still waiting 4+ months for a delivery of a rug. Site still says "1-2 week" delivery time on product. I've brought it to their attention several times but site remains unchanged.

VERY disappointed in your return policy. I spent nearly $800.00 & was just notified that you will not accept a return. I received a 4x4 round braided rug on 7-22-21. I opened it on 7-23-21 and determined a larger size was needed. I notified you that I would be ordering a 4x6 oval rug and would return the the smaller rug when the replacement was delivered. Nothing was ever mentioned that this would not be acceptable.

It wasn’t explained until after I orders that it would take months to get this rug. Then, to cancel the order, I would have to complete a cancellation form. If I had time for that I would shop in stores. No longer a customer of this company

Delays are to be expected these days. Company gives a delivery date and doesn’t inform customer that delivery date is delayed by weeks😔

When I purchased my rug back in April, I was not told that it was on back order and that I was on a waiting list until over a month later when I emailed and inquired about my purchase, then a month later I emailed again and was told that it still was not made yet, so now 4 months later I get an alert from Fed Ex not from the seller that my rug would be delivered this Wednesday July 21st, then I get another update Tuesday morning that my rug may be delivered on Thursday, very poor customer service I feel on the part of Rugs Done Right because I feel I was Rug Done Wrong.

I still have not received my rug. The inventory was incorrectly displayed at the time of purchase, so I received $50 off when I contacted customer service. I am still waiting for shipment details after they confirmed it was at the distribution center two weeks ago. Crossing my fingers it will be here soon but disappointed in delivery time.

Beware. No photos of different sizes, so you do not receive the rug as displayed. Complex returns that you pay for...unless you purchase another rug.

Cannot write a review until I receive the product. The 2 star is because of the lack of information on tracking even though I have a DHL tracking number. This review doesn't allow me to not select a rating thus the 2 Star. I can resubmit once I receive the item.

Placed an order for a rug and have had no communication since. No indication as to the status of my order. I then ordered a pad, and that came within a couple of days. Did not receive any prior communication that it had been shipped.

It took over two months to receive one of our rugs. I understand back orders but to have no communication at all is unacceptable .

poor so far. The wrong rug was delivered and the wrong phone number (not even close) was on the form for the delivery people. This is a 12 by 15 foot rug and is highly inconveninent to have to wait for 5 hours for delivery and have the wrong rug. Now, the "right" rug is at the warehouse and they want to deliver it but we have not been sent the paperwork for the return of wrong rug. Assuming it will all get corrected but a lot of extra time and trouble on our end (every one's end) for this order.

I ordered my rug August 2020 and I have been very patient waiting for it because I know Covid messed with a lot of overseas shipments...but what I’m not happy about is this, I paid almost 2200.00 for a rug 10 months ago, after I got the shipping confirmation 2 days ago I also on the same day received an email about the same rug that is now selling for around 1800.00 !! I’ve waited this long and now it’s 400 dollars cheaper!!! Please help a customer out.. this just isn’t right.

Instead of running your business on the backs of your customers money you should use your own capital. Bill for your products upon shipment not 2 months in advance. It’s frustrating to pay for something you don’t receive and then wait for information that never seems to come. You have a very elite view of commerce.
