“I have very much enjoyed the rugs I have bought from RugsDoneRight to date and am much reassured that they only deal with importers and manufacturers that are certified Goodweave companies. The only other thing I could wish is that as they have committed to caring about the people who make the rugs they make a further commitment to the planet and request their manufacturers to use only non-toxic, biodegradable yarns, which means primarily to use wool, silk, cotton, Lyocell, hemp, jute, and other such, but not polyester, PVC, propylene and viscose. I know I do not have to buy rugs with these fibers, but the day has come that industries themselves need to make these investments in our planet's future.”

“The selections consisted of a wide variety from plain & classic to contemporary & abstract with an array of colors, shapes and sizes. The prices were surprisingly reasonable.”

“I ordered a rug. After the 10-15 days allotted time having not heard from RUGSDONERIGHT I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, the rug I had ordered was no longer available. I don't know why this information wasn't passed on to me before I had to reach out wondering where my rug was. Liz contacted me with an offer to purchase a larger rug, which I did, but now several days later have not heard back from anyone.”

“Excellent Customer Service support! I had an issue creating an account, but it was quickly and easily resolved when I called Customer Service. My call was immediately answered by a “real” person at the company site, not a person at an offsite call bank , reading from a script. I wasn’t sent into oblivion waiting on hold, and the person who answered was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate immediately receiving information on how to care for my rug, remove stains, etc. Thank you for incredible assistance!”

“The small 2' x 3' Chinese rug is beautifully made and great quality for the price. I would have given 5 stars, but I felt that the delivery took longer than I expected, and I was not updated on the process: packed, shipped, expected delivery time, etc”

“I had concerns ordering a rug online. Labor shortages, Covid-19 pressures, shifty online sites, etc... BUT RUGSDONERIGHT is legit!!! Outstanding customer service from the get go. I was considering ordering when RDR sent me a 20% off coupon. I had problems applying the discount. I called RDR and they did it for me and told me I would have it in less than 10 days. It came in about half that!!! Looks great and was 20% cheaper!!!”
