“Delighted with quality and appearance of the rug and with the very quick delivery. Although the anti-slip mat was omitted from the parcel, you immediately put this right and it was received the next day. Excellent service - I have already recommended your web site to friends and would most certainly come back to you for any future purchase.”

“I was pleased with the rug that I purchased from you but I was extremely unhappy with the way you packaged it. It still shows the ripple effect caused by the way it was flattened in transit. A solution would be to pre-wrap the carpet round a long cardboard tube - even 12cm diameter would I think suffice. You have certainly spoilt your own product. I would pay a fiver for packaging to prevent this disaster.! I would then change the rating to "Very Good" D.East. Tel. 0208 440 1936 doneast@uwclub.net”

“I've now bought 5 rugs from rugstoreNE. Every one has been excellent. The staff are great - they really know their stuff. I bought a rug recently and wasn't sure how it would look in my room. I was told "take it home, put it down, see what you think. If you don't like it, let us know and we'll give you a refund". Fantastic! The rug was beautiful but wasn't quite right so I ordered a different one via their website and rugstoreNE arranged to have the rugs swapped over and refunded me the next day. Their website is really accurate and shows the colours and design beautifully. If you want a rug, look no further. I'd recommend rugstoreNE to anyone.”

“Communications with this company were very very good, they kept me apprised of delivery dates and were spot on despite the rug being produced in and delivered from Belgium. The rug was as described on the web site (actually surpassed my expectations to be honest). I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definately use them again. Mr R Swayne.”
