“I've purchased a few times now. The shoe boxes are broken in the plastic packaging but the shoes are exactly as advertised. I'm not happy about the Elizabeth Taylor perfume brand. It wore off within an hour after being sprayed. Besides that, the quality of clothing has never disappointed. Their prices are exceptional and the items are exactly as advertised. I will definitely continue supporting MyRunway.”

“Amazing service. The Emails gets responded quickly. Received my order within 2 days. However, only 4 stars as they can make an effort to check that the shoes are neatly packed in the boxes. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service, pricing and quick response. Their original prices on Polo products are however not correct as I work for a shop that sells Polo. They would for instance say the shirt was 499 whereas its original price actually is R329/R389. The price however, still is less. I do not know if the original merchant maybe overprices.”
