Speedy security clearance, well worth the extra payment, as no waiting in long queue, just showed your passport then walked straight to where u put your belonging in tray to get X-rayed. Excellent would purchase again for future flights.

Delayed flights, surrounded by rude obnoxious passengers, chaotic boarding on return flight. Not an experience I will be repeating.

Could not believe what a great deal we got on their website Held out until 3 days before travelling and got a VW Polo, with AC for £10.00 a day Now you are thinking we travelled at a less busy time Well no, we travelled out on the 16/07/2017 to Faro Portugal

Arriving at Palma at 6:00 am for a flight at 7:45, we were kept for 35 minutes at the checkin desk and the Ryan Air offices just printing 3 boarding passes. The place was chaotic. There was a queue of around 20 people all requiring a printed boarding pass with 1 staff on the checkin desk, 1 staff in the office. People were running from desk to office clutching bits of paper. To cap it off, at the departure lounge having practically run through security to make the gate on time, I found my wallet, car keys, house keys had somehow fell from the security gate basket. I had no time to go back to ask if they were handed in at security. The staff on the gate would not even call security for me to inquire. Once back in the UK, I contacted Ryan Air and the security operator Swisscom only to be given a phone number that was constantly ringing out. Some service.

Unfortunately they didn t make me happy. I was charged twice for changing a seat, i tried 3-4 different ways of getting a refund but noone bothered to help me. Their flight attendants are also pretty unprofessional.

Average airline. Flight out older plane with less seat and leg room and tight belts for larger people

My daughter booked a family holiday whigh included myself and my husband. She put our Christian names down incorrectly (not how they appear on our passports). When I realised I expected problems and charges. One phone call to ryanair's helpline and all was rectified very quickly for €10.00. Very helpful.

First time flying alone with children. Ryan Air flight attendants were really friendly and helpful. They made the return journey comfortable. Would recommend them and fly with this airline again

Their website was easy to navigate, fully informative and easy to book the correct flights and associated extras.

Extremely poor service, staff are horribly impolite, the airliner sucks out the money by thousands of rules and regulations. Once I paid ~£35 for only half a kg extra weight for my hand luggage. I told them that look, if I take this book out, it will be in the limits, and they said "no, it is not possible... if you don't pay now, I'm going to close the gate and you'll miss your flight... I'm going to press this enter button and you cannot take your flight anymore... pay now or no flight".

Ryanair ripped us and other travellers off at Krakow airport . they said that you should check in at least 2 hours before which I did , and then they charged me £90 for the seats I had already paid for .because I was late ( which I wasn't ) when I sent them an email requesting a refund , all they sent me back was a pre prepared email reminding me of small print on terms and conditions . which I disagree with . they couldn't even bother replying in person . no wonder they are cheap flights they make up their profit with rip offs ! the flight was filled with drunk passengers and Ryanair did not even bother questioning them , in fact one person had to be helped onto the plane by other drunk people !! the seats were dirty and the crew asked us to clean them ! I fly every week on business or leisure , and they will lose out more than me . because I , my company and clients will not use them again . if you are thinking of booking be very aware , in fact don't .

Greedy company who changes their policy whenever it suits them. Also very rude and arrogant customer service I have ever cross in my life. This is last time I will use them.

Everything was great apart from the attitude of the staff at check in , when I asked if I didn't check in a bag was I able to get a refund for paid for baggage , she laughed in my face and told me not be so ridiculous ...... Simple question , then she went on to tell me she didn't actually know and phone customer services which she didn't know the number for ...... Lovey start to a weekend break for my birthday

Good response when I finally got through to customer care ...who were very helpful the only negative was flying from Barcelona to Dublin yest we had to wait for stairs. Not good enough for tourists coming into Ireland onward travelling. And I flew Stansted to Santiago de Compostella a few weeks ago and the same experience we had to wait on board while another flight disembarked very unfair

Myself and wife and 5 year old daughter visited relatives in November 2015. Traveling from Dublin to London. Flew with Ryanair. As we were staying with family and only going for a few days we decided to travel with carry on luggage only. Just as we were boarding the plan we were asked to check our luggage (free of charge). This wasn't really a request as it was explained to us due to a "weight" issue our bags would have to be checked in. My wife's bag along with approx 4 other bags was missing when we arrived in London. So after an hour delay in baggage we made our way to our relative's house. We received a phone call that same night to say the bag had been retrieved. This was Thursday night. The bag was finally delivered on the day we left, the Saturday. While she could borrow some clothes from our host, she was without several personal items, things she was planning to wear for a night out, pretty shoes, her makeup bag. We did not attempt to buy more items, as we thought the bag would be with us quickly. The case also had money it in, Sterling we had changed for the holiday. We would never normally but this in a suit case, but it was after all supposed to be hand luggage. The stress of whether the money was still there (which it was), coupled with the lack of clothes and sundries ruined what should have been a lovely short break. The flight was fine, cabin crew were all professional. This is not the problem. No where was in indicated that we may have to check in a bag (in this case, all of them) - and on top of that, RyanAir have still not responded to our complaint. They have asked for a number receipts, but as we explained in an email, as we were with family, we survived with spending too much money. What we did do, because my wife was feeling upset wearing someone else's clothes, was cancel a night out in a beautiful restaurant, because she just didn't feel up for it. Understandably. We have e-mailed, tweeted and of course rang. Just looking for a human to say, "wow, that sucks, I'm so sorry". Alas, that seems rather outside the realms of RyanAir Customer Service ethic.

Ryanair is an amazing company! They are so cheap but don't compromise on quality, and I seriously recommend. I have been to Edinburgh for just £20 both ways, and to other europe destinations, like Limoges

Back in December, I bought a 2 way ticket from Ryanair(60euros) for the 15/01 from a friend to visit me, this week my friend informed me that from personal motives she couldn't come and see me so I invited my Dad to come down and use the ticket since it was paid, when I contacted the customer services, they informed me that they have a standard price of 110euros/pound to change the name, so almost the double of the price of the ticket price, this was definitely my first and last time I go though Ryanair to fly. No point saying that the ticket that I bought will not be used and it was money literally to the bin.
