Badly fitted patio doors leaked and ruined our oak laminate flooring.. fair enough they came out and fixed this ,with instructions to get estimate for repairs to the flooring.. A local company came out and estimated for sanding and refinishing the floor. Mr safestyle then started to wriggle out by offering only 35 percent of the price of the estimate by trying to say they only damaged part of the floor.. Ridiculous!!! You can't sand one third of the floor and refinish and expect it to match.. This needs to be done properly, I want our floor back to how it was before their cockup.. Been going on ages now, small claims court next... Not putting up with their arrogance and delaying tactics any more.. Stay well away from these cowboys

Stay well away, when the sales man came out we told him that we wanted gold diamond fanlight that matched our front door and patio door. We also paid extra for three diamonds instead of one, so this was agreed. But when it came on the day of installing the windows we notice the fanlights wasn't in gold but in lead, being it was on a bank holiday we couldn't phone the head office to complain, so when we did phone head office they told us they don't make diamond fanlight in gold but only in lead, so we told them that wasn't told to us at the point of sale that the sales person had lied to us just to get a sale head office just ignored our complaint and wouldn't listen to what we were saying, they were just repeating they don't make them in gold and that was that . We have written to them on their online complaint service in which they have totally ignored, and the same with Martin Lewis resolver, and the same again they have totally ignored our complaint. So please you have been warned don't be fooled with this company.

We have had the same issues like other people with the salesman at the house being pushy and trying the hard sell over pricing the windows then called someone to say they can do it at half the price We told the salesman that we had other people coming to the house to give us quotes and he started being unprofessional and rude. He took 2 1/2 hours trying to get us to sign up and agree. But they was no way we were going to agree to anything.

STAY AWAY! Be aware! They are so pushing, the guy who came to give a quote did not want to leave my house when I refused to accept his quote, became rude and very pushy. Said he lost his time and £85 for doing quote for the company. I said as far as I know quote is free with no obligation. But he refused and said that the price for job was so high and he knows that I would never accept it - whf . So why is he giving so high quote at the first place? Then started saying how clever he is and what he knows. So unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. DO NOT use them or ask for a quote because they are going to blame you for not getting the job!

Stay well away from this company. The customer service is extremely poor, they treat you inhumane. April 27th the sales representative came to my house. I should follow my first instinct and say no to this brutal company but, they gave me decent price if I would use my door as promotion for the company. I heard nothing from them after I made deposit, After calling them they arranged a surveyor who was rude and bit racist to be honest. He made a poor assessment across the board. Made very poor judgment regarding my neighbour’s property. He claimed if they install my door , it will damage my neighbours property but my neighbour had a door replacement in recent years and didn’t affect my property. My neighbour is willing to do the necessary paperwork to support me getting my new door install. Safestyle Uk went ahead and cancel my order after 4 years without helping me find a solution. The managers were very disrespectful. I am demanding a second surveyor out and some form of reasonable explanation on why I can’t get my new door install after 4 weeks waiting. I will put pictures up on their Facebook page to show clearly that my neighbour door will be fine if mine is install. -20 star is what this company deserves. Very poor standard on all levels. Very unhappy and frustrated customer because I was so looking forward to to having my new door installed by today the latest.

Poor quality Poor quality door supplied, leaked in numerous places which in hand damaged my flooring. Dispute on repair to flooring has now been on-going for over a year. Safestyle expect me to compromise the design of my flooring even though the fault has come from their inadequate poor quality manufactured door......!!!!

Safestyle install my Windows in May 2019, one day earlier than planned which was very convenient as I had other renovation work going in the property. The work was carried out professionally, quick and the site was left tidy. A friendly and helpful team.

Stay away. Do not use this company. Door was fitted with damaged handle. Attempted to arrange a re install, was promised that it would be fixed but hasnt. 7 weeks on, radio silence from the company, ignoring my requests for help, ignoring my complaint email. No resolution. False promises made by several customer service people, each time "promising to call" but not doing so. I have lost all faith in this company, it has been a pain. stay clear

We had our windows and doors installed last September and we have had to have installers and surveyors come out on numerous occasions to re-do the shoddy workmanship. They have no consideration for the interior or exterior. We have had our walls damaged, taken several days off work so they could come in and they left shattered glass from one of our old windows all over our lawn and rubbish in our back garden. When we mowed out lawn, it got damaged from the broken glass we couldn't see and they refused to send some one out to clear up the mess or compensate us for the mower. Great customer service guys, thanks for the added stress.

I wish I could mark this as zero stars. I've never dealt with such atrocious customer service in my entire life. I called safestyle to quote me on fitting new windows and was assured that someone would be out on the date arranged. I left work early on the day of the appointment and so did my partner as they said that both of us would need to be there. 5 minutes before they were due to arrive, I had a phone call to say that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. I then re-arranged another appointment for a few days later and once again assured that someone would visit......They didn't!!!! No phone call to say they wouldn't be able to make it. Phoned safestyle and they agreed that this was totally unacceptable and was told i would have a manager ring me back the next day at 11am.........yep you guessed it....No phone call!! Phoned them to see why I never received a call and the guy said he would get a manager to ring me back in 2 minutes. "2 minutes sir, I promise, 2 minutes. Sit tight, I promise they will call you in 2 minutes".....well, 30mins later and eventually I get a call back. No apologies, just a call to arrange them to come out with the good old promise of a good discount. I then comically made another appointment for a few days later and once again left work early to make the appointment for a 3rd time. Yet AGAIN I had a phone call 5mins before my appointment to say sorry that they wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out at that time. He tried to get me to arrange yet another appointment but on this occasion I told him to shove the appointment up his **** and that I will be posting terrible reviews.......And so here I am! Nice how they treat existing customers!!! Had doors fitted by them a couple of years and to be fair, the fitter was **** and the door frame is cracked! I think what I'm trying to say is "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SHOWER OF **** COMPANY.........You have been warned!!!

I orede3d a new door with coloured glass in 2 Windows. When they arrived to fit the door, they had put the wrong glass in. They said they woukd cone back and replace the glass at a later date. After trying to get in touch with them on a number of occasions no one as ever contacted me .I still do not have the correct glass !!

Had a new back door fitted but I couldn't lock it, spent three very frightened nights with the door unlocked! Someone came back to fix it but now it's very obvious that the glass is not clean inside the glass window part of the door, I feel as though I was fitted with a failure door! Made and found to be not a good standard, no worries - Safestyle will have it!

Arranged an appointment, had 7 phone calls prior to the appointment, one asking if I wanted to make an appointment when I already had. On the day of the appointment they were 20mins late so rang them and they then said they wouldn’t see me without my husband!! I will never deal with them again. They become a nuisance once they have your phone number!!

SHOCKING. Use safestyle if...you would like a tremendous weekly battle. Use safestyle if...you want your scaffolding up for 5 weeks (and counting) covering your £10k+ windows and doors. Use safestyle if...you want to have your scaffolding up earlier then arranged so that it blocks the skip you’ve arranged to be collected and then have to pay £50 out of your own pocket for because of a failed collection charge Use safestyle if... you want to call customer services and have REPEATED discussions about your issues, to be told ‘yes sir no sir 3 bags full sir’ yet every single time you call, without fail, MAGICALLY there are no notes on the system. Following week, ground hog day. Use safestyle if... you want to get the edging strips finished on your 10k windows, and you’ll be told someone one will call you to arrange a day....but you’ll never hear anything. Use safestyle if.... you want to get told (when you’ve payed your £10k of course) that it’s contractors that haven’t done the work so there is not a great deal they can do to help except offer you the name of the company and tell you to chase it yourself; then when you ask for the contact details, you aren’t allowed to be provided with the telephone number....well at least that’s one some of the operators say!!!! Use safestyle if... you want to start getting advice on contacting the ombudsman. Use safestyle if... you want nothing but daily dissatisfaction. If your planing on spending any less just imagine the service you’ll receive. I will keeping trying to contact safestyle in hopes to get my works completed and the scaffolding removed. Who knows how long this may take.

Appalling service. Salesman turned up midweek as arranged with a tablet he couldn’t log into because he’d been “off work sick”. He was unable to do any part of the process for quoting or showing or discussing any options. Ok, so technology can go wrong.... fast forward to Sunday afternoon at our newly arranged appointment time. Phone call received at the time of the appointment to say our salesman is running 20 minutes late. 40 minutes later we call the number we had received our call on and the man had no idea what we were talking about. 50 minutes after our appointment time our salesman turns up and makes no apology for his lateness. Out comes the tablet and, you guessed it, he can’t log in. After a short rant and a polite invitation to leave he finally gave a brief apology. I am fuming! Such a lot of precious time wasted 😡

Had 2 doors fitted 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems with them to a point that i have had the same engineer to my house 3 times. He told my wife that 1 out of 3 key cylinders we have with the doors is supposed to be wobbly. We have a stiff patio door and the first thing the engineer said to my wife is has she ever heard of WD40!!!!! But then he backtracked and said it was supposed to be stiff due to it being the main door. I think they need to find "engineers" that are more dedicated to their job rather than job a knock and heading to the pub

Absolutely waste of time...guy suppose to come at 10 in the morning but didnt turn up.i had time off from work but he wasted my time. totally unethical... my advise not go there....

Very unhappy with Safestyle. They came in September 2018 to fit our windows at the back of the house, they got the kitchen window wrong and it had to be fitted again. They have fitted the back bedroom upstairs window but it only has one window opening instead of two and does not comply with Fire Safety Regulations. We are still waiting for this to be corrected. They left the windows with huge gaps where the bricks are and thought this was finished!! They came back 2 months later and plastered around the windows, but it looks like a child has done it, very messy and we have lots of plaster dust falling down from the window. We are also in the middle of a conservatory being fitted. They fitted the frames and doors and then fitted the roof but this was the wrong size - it was too big!! They took away the roof and left it open. At our suggestion we said it needs to have a roof otherwise we will have water instead of the conversatory! They didn't seem to have thought about this! We are still waiting for the right sized roof to be fitted, it is 3 weeks now., So far this job has taken 8 months and it is STILL NOT FINISHED!! I have written various emails to them and NOBODY EVER REPLIES. When you phone them, you either cannot get through or if you do, the person you need to speak to is never available, i.e. Isma from Conservatories Department. I would highly recommend to anyone NEVER to use this company.

Asked for a quote and they would only come if my husband was there. I explained we are both in agreement and he would be in the house but working. He said they wouldn’t just speak to me so I went somewhere local. Safestyle are sexist!!!
