“Excellent service from start to finish Completely changed the front and back of the house with new windows, doors and guttering etc The installers were professional and couldn’t do more to help with access issues around the house and with any questions we had throughout the installation (they also created minimal mess which was a shock to us and tidied afterwards) Would definitely recommend to anyone needing the same house renovations”

“I have just had a Safestyle salesman visit to quote me for a Composite Front Door, after deciding the style and fittings etc this door would cost £3282.00 but could be discounted to £2138.00, however if I agree to complete today the price quoted would be £1820.00 with a fitting date of 30/10/2020. How on earth could the cost of the same door change over a matter of minutes when like quotes from other reputable companies are in the region of £1300.00 for a comparable door. Please be aware of this sales pitch. I do have the written evidence to support this Review PMc”

“Awful experience with Safestyle. They came and replaced all our windows and two doors in June, and the installation was done very poorly. The trim was excessively large, none of the joints were mitred, there's silicone all over the window frames and trim, an end cap wasn't put on one of the sills, they attempted to fill a massive hole they made in the wall with silicone rather than re-plastering it, and it looks generally like shoddy workmanship. We had to chase them up repeatedly to get someone out to look at the issues we had, which took at least a month or so. Eventually when someone came out to make repairs he gave up half way through because he couldn't manage it by himself, and as he had removed some of the trim that was installed we're now left with a hole in our living room ceiling due to the installers ripping the windows out too quickly and causing a lot of damage. They're refusing to come out until mid November to rectify the issues, so that's 5 months after the initial installation. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer services we've had very little contact throughout, and they're not helpful at all. We highly doubt the job will be done to a satisfactory standard whenever they finally attend, however that is yet to be seen. We will never be using them again.”

“The Salesman new his product which was of a high quality. The fitters were pleasant courteous and followed Covid guidelines. The whole procedure has been straightforward and easy with appointments carried out as promised. The windows are very nice.”

“Needed a new front and shopped around before choosing Safestyle following a request for a quotation, we were impressed with the information given and the range of styles offered. After making our choice a visit from the surveyer ensured it was suitable for our needs. On the day of fitting all covid protocols were observed by the engineer, and the door and frame fitted expertly and efficiently and everything left clean and tidy. The whole thing looks fabulous so thank you Safestyle.”

“We have made online search for doors manufacturers and just filled the form on Saturday hoping someone will contacts us on Monday. They've rang us just in 10 mins. We've missed the call. After calling back we've arranged the time for salesman to visit us on Sunday morning. We could continue... From the very first telephone call, visit from the salesman, surveyor, fitter etc, everyone in the Company was very helpful, informative and professional. The man that came to fit the door did an excellent job. The firm was excellent in dealing with Covid-19 issues. Overall brilliant job all round. We would highly recommend.”

“Safestyleent me a contract which I accepted.Their surveyor duly surveyed and without me noticing he altered the contract(back door)from frosted glass to plain glass. There is a large ,busy factory l ess than 20 feet from ths door.Two months ago as a Gesture of goodwill they agreed to change it. Since then the gentleman concerned ignores all communications.My son has pursued this matter and it seems they blamed me for using an incorrect email address (last week) Perhaps something will be done? Regards Chris Simpson”

“We had a french door taken out and replaced with a window. The fitter did a great job. He was professional and cleaned up the area where he worked. Would recommend Safestyle if you wanted to replace your windows or doors”
