“Had windows fitted but we are still waiting for a window cill to be fitted. We where promised that some one would ring us the next day to confirm a date for it to be fitted. We have herd nothing and our Email ignored . If you try to ring customer services no one bothers to answer the phone. So I would advise anyone not to pay Safe Style untill all there outstanding work as been completed if there is any”

“The sales and fitting teams we're very professional and helpful in assisting it our choices of windows. They were a third cheaper that previous quotations and we were well informed of the time scale involved. Safe Style UK were prompt and had the variety of accessories and colours we were after. The fitting was of a high quality and the fitters were very tidy”

“From getting the quote to the installation - the services has been excellent. The initial quote was detailed and the follow up visit from the sales rep was fast and all the options explained in full details at my home and a time which suited me. The surveyor all arrived after confirmation of my order in a very short time and carried out a very detailed survey and setup up the installation date. The installation date was just over 3 weeks from the date i placed the order which is great. The installers on the agreed day arrived on time and were polite and worked fast and they have done the fitting in one day for 5 windows and 1 front door and the worked done is very professional and on their departure they took away all the old windows and doors and left my home clean and tidy. The entire experience has been a positive one and I would highly recommended anyone who is looking to get their windows and doors changed. A good value for your money and a very professional service from start to finish and I happy to write this very positive review.”

“Helpful Informative and salesperson experienced in d glazing Lbwjt the sales vhzjt takes so much time. Hopefully post covid these sales type visits will be adapted and updated and price haggle dropped to replace best price as price quoted. Windows replaced checked and after sales service good. Chasing customer service team re discounts agreed and cheque in post needs attention!!!! good and servi”

“From start to finish, I was very happy with the service. Steve, who came round to provide the quote was very thorough; the surveyor came round two days later and the work was all completed within the month. I found Safestyle to be polite and efficient and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“I am absolutely over the moon with my experience of using Safestyle to fit my windows and door. The quality and price is exceptional. “I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by Safestyle in the fitting of new windows and doors two days ago. The price and quality of the windows and door is second to none. The tradesmen, Dave and Martin, or should I say craftsmen, were absolutely brilliant and so friendly. At the end of the job they took the time to clean up and left no mess. I will definitely recommend Safestyle based on my experience.”

“After a cold call to our house yesterday we decided to get a quote for our windows being replaced. The agent stated we would get a quote at the time the salesman came to the house.to assess which windows we wanted replacing. After the salesman had measured up windows he asked, would we sign on the dotted line today. My husband stated it would depend on the price. He said he couldnt give us a price because we couldnt confirm we would go ahead. He said he would email a price. Talk about pressurised selling. How ridiculous he wasnt prepared to give a price because we couldnt guarantee we would go ahead with purchasing of windows whilst he was there. Like any large purchase you shop around and dont just get one quote. I do not like pressurised selling nor do I like a sulky salesman who refused to give us a price at the time he was there. He said he would email a quote. So 24 hours later still no quote. If they really wanted the business they would have given us a quote there and then (not that hard when he has a pda in front of him!!). So would I sign up now for windows even if I get a quote. I certainly wouldn't. If customer service doesnt exist at the start then it's not going to exist further down the line. I would be interested to know why we could only be given a price there and then if we guaranteed we would sign up.”

“From initial consultation to fitting, we couldn't have asked for better service, we didn't feel pressured at all, we were given the time to make our decision, the cost of the product was excellent, and we absolutely love our front door, the fitter, Gareth, was very efficient so all in all we would definitely recommend, thank you”

“After having windows done 30 years ago i was so pleased with the work and the cleaning up after themselves, and maybe putting furniture back, i have only ever used them since, i think they are brilliant, thank you so much , to everyone there, phones, fitters , and sales all good .”
