“I am over the moon with my new composite front door and glass panel. It looks very classy with the patterned glass. The quality is exceptionally good. I would definitely recommend Safe Style to my friends and family. They were so helpful and obliging. The fitter arrived on the time stated. He put rubber matting down in the hall and on the driveway for protection. He removed the unwanted frame and door, cleared and cleaned up after the job was finished. Absolute brilliant service. Thank you.”

“Installer arrived at correct date and time. Install carried out to a high standard. Very clean , and all debris removed from site. It was a pleasure to deal with a caring company. I would definitely recommend Safestyle to friends and family. Kind regards. Ernie Pocock”

“Excellent quality products, service very good. Had a few issues on bay window due to the diy job done by previous owner but sorted out. Instalation quality spot on. Invest your money in windows and doors wisely. Went to Safestyle baded on Which review glad I did.”

“From the very first visit from the sales person they were very professional explaining everything in detail . I am very happy with the service the Surveyor and the Fitters gave, they left the job clean and tidy. All the windows and doors we had were fitted to a very high standard.”

“The team turned up on time, did a superb job and were fast and efficient and very polite and friendly completed the job in one day when we were quoted two and we are very pleased with the look of the windows and front door and the professional way they were fitted.Pricing is very confusing and needs to be more transparent , you feel you have to barter to get to the best price. If you need to ring them make sure you have a comfortable seat as they take FAR too long to answer the phone”

“I recently changed my all windows for 3 bedroom house (96 Roberts road) and in my experience they only care or give priority until you buy from them once they done signing contracts they really don’t care about customer service. The reason i wanted to change my windows because My dad also bought all windows from them 3 years ago for his house(41 holly road). When sales person cane for quotation I clearly told him and gave my dad house reference for changing same windows all over my house. But when they finished windows installation i was not at home so my wife signed papers for competition. But only when i went home that day then i found out they had not putted ventilations on any windows. So, I tried to contact them thorough emails calls but there was no response at all. Then next week I called them and hold line for more then 1 hours to find person to talk. I explained everything but still they are saying it is not mention in the contract. And asking for around £500 to put ventilation. I am really not happy with them because it is not our fault. They should mention before singing contract if it was not included. And how do we know when we clearly mention we want exactly everything same like my dad house had it same with ventilation on. I think they only want to take as out much money from client and really don’t care about them or any costumer service. I really really really not recommend them to anyone and i am going to post this information all over the public sites. And 1 more thing i really want to update is that 1-09-2020 i spoke with a lady staff at 13:03 To 13:17 for 14 minutes Which I noted in my mobile. She really doesn’t want to help at all and not even listening to me and only saying that you had signed contract it’s your fault so we cannot help on it. I really don’t think she is good for this kind of big company front page as customer help phone line. Really wished at least gave us some advice for how to make solve. Not happy with her at all. “Contract No. 1398726 Safestyle are very quick to come to your property & quick to fit the product(s) you require.After that they do not wish to know.We had French doors plus a window fitted on the 11th Aug 2020.On completion of the fitting; The main french door is very difficult to shut & to lock.The top of the door,outside edge,is such a poor fit that I can push my finger in between the door & the frame. Part of the inner beading for the door was found to be broken, needs to be replaced The handles of the 2 french doors do not align horizontally,it almost looks as if one handle is broken. The frames to the windows either side of the french doors ate not vertical,a 6mm discrepancy which if very noticable. Contacting,and getting any sense out of Safestyle is almost impossible.After a month of attempting to phone/e-mail Safestyle I am still no further along the line to getting the above problems fixed.Not even a date. It seems that all Safestyle are interested in is taking the customers money,they boast about their 'customer care',believe me it does not exist.This is a disgusting company which should not be allowed to be in business,avoid at all costs”

“I was going to give 5 stars but I can’t.....they “done” the job at my house 1.5 months ago however it’s still not completed. Still awaiting for my spy hole, door number, security lock and safety chain to be fitted.....they've given a date - 4 days after the installation but never turned up. When I’ve made a complaint -various problems have arisen with the windows/doors in the meantime anyway - I’ve got an another date but have been cancelled again.....have a third date, we’ll see what’s going to happen. I can understand, their are being busy and maybe working less staff due to recent circumstances but we can’t blame Covid 19 for everything. Need more better organization, seems very unprofessional. The only good thing was the professionalism of the two engineers who fitted the doors and windows. They were excellent and worked in harmony with each other. I would recommend self-adhesive house number/ knocker to use and not drill and damage the expensive guardian or even upvc doors. Also would be great to offer improved safety chain - again, this would only serve to protect the door against drill damages. Overall, I’m being very disappointed.....”

“Totally impressed with quality & dedication of your entire team from sales, survey & installation team . Was fully expecting to have to decorate afterwards but quality of finishing trim to all windows was excellent. Care was taken to work safely with current Covid 19 environment with full PPE worn. Team took the time to clear up at end of the day despite having a couple of hours drive home. I will be happy to use the company to replace my front door in the near future & would happily refer Safestyle to friends & colleagues.”

“We couldn't fault safestyle from start to finish, we had excellent service, communication and installation. To start with we had a quote, very honest and peace of mind knowing we had cover in all circumstances. We didn't have to wait long for the surveyor who was quick and accurate making sure we met all regulations. When our installation date came the fitters were punctual, tidy and respectful. We are very happy with finished product. Thank you our house feels safe and much warmer.”
