Absolute shambles. Ordered a birthday cake for my mums 80th birthday. Totally unaware of a problem until the day of collection when it was cancelled. No explanation no apology nothing. This is not acceptable and has upset me very much

Visited darlington sainsburys this morning 14th of June. No proper disabled trolleys only broken ones and staff we're unable to find any. I had to push my friend in her wheelchair and hold the broken trolley at the same time

I have just tried to write a product review. Just keep being redirected to the GOL website. Total waste of time for trying to tell everyone about a bad product. Never mind. Limited Edition Prawn Penang Style Thai Curry shows about 9 or 10 prawns on the cover. I got 4!!!!! Work that out for value

I can't buy 5kg of Sainsbury's dog food only 2.5 kgs available (at 2 different stores) these are of course are much more expensive, seems like sharp practise to me. Also produces more waste packaging Might have to shop elsewhere

Don't go online! We received our order 2 days after selected timeslot without confirmation, we need to keep chasing them about our order. We understand that there was a disruption in the area, but can you at least give a confirmation?! We got a missing items and they refunded as a coupon. It's annoying that they only allow us to use 1 coupon, though all coupon we have are compensation from them.

I hear that Sainsburys Scotland are not displaying the British flag bunting in their shops and have pulled off the shelves all merchandise displaying the British Union Jack and anything related to the Queens 70th Jubilee celebrations! Why are you doing this? The Queen has dedicated her life to the people of Britain, England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland, and the Commonwealth. She loves Scotland and you do this? I feel you are trying to make some form of political statement and I cannot understand why you are doing this. Maybe you would like to explain?

Sainsbury´s are the most affordable supermarket with a good range of organic produce. Their customer service has never let me down and I rarely have to queue for more than a couple of minutes.

Please bring back changing rooms I'm fed up of having to make special journeys to return clothing items.

Feeling really cross 4 days ago I ordered compost on my home delivery and once again they had none. Sometimes I get a sub of Levintons Compost which is great. I am waiting for a delivery of plants to arrive and have no compost. Today I phoned the store asked if they have any before I place another order as I only really needed compost. The lady said she would check out the shop. She told me yes we do we have Levintons 40lt bags for £5 buy 2 get 1 free or Miracle Gro 40lt bags for £5 a bag. I wanted Levintons as it is on offer but she said they don't sell that on line. So because I can't go instore due to health reasons my compost was going to cost me £10 more well done Sainsburys. They say they wont sell it on line but I have received it as a sub.

Sainsburys Ladbroke Grove, Awful Security Guard, racially profiled me. Wouldn’t apology for grabbing my handbag from behind to get my attention when I left the store - due to me having headphones on. The whole event was so embarrassing, I called the Police and reported this the poor practice at this store. At least there poor behaviour has been documented. Shameful, discriminatory and totally unacceptable. The security firm lied about the CCTV footage to cover there tracks. Beware Sainsburys are fully aware of the poor treatment, I have to now appeal against my own complaint! Sainsburys didn’t view the CCTV themselves, they allowed the same security firm to do so and they lied. I feel sorry for anyone with whom has a disability and enters this store. I’m naming and shaming this stores poor practice.

A few days ago I ordered party food for guests arriving today - 6 items in total including sandwich platters, wraps, desserts etc.. Had an email last night reminding me to collect my order today.. went to the store at 1030 this am.. the customer service agent checked my email, checked their system then went off to get my food from storage... came back with 2 small boxes... 'thats all that has arrived... sorry !'.. wheres the rest of it? 'oh this happens all the time, its a terrible service' they replied.. you're welcome to go off into the store and choose a few bits instead but we dont have the food you ordered. My guests were arriving in less than an hr.. no food.. no email to say the food wasnt coming.. Sainsburys.. really?! cant make a few sandwiches with 4 days notice?! Not happy with them and wont use them for any pre orders again.. and the food we did get wasnt great to add insult to injury! Dont touch them if you want to guarantee food for your party.

I would like to praise the Sainsbury delivery driver who went the extra mile for my disabled brother by carrying in his groceries into his kitchen. He was cheerful and good humoured and for my brother - who doesn’t get out much or see many people - really cheered him up and made his day. The delivery was between 1200 & 1300 in the RH11 8RY area of Crawley on 12/05/22. He deserves a good review.

Does anyone in the nuneaton branch have a decent haircut as I haven't seen one yet. If your name is Mrs Ponsby Smythe of St.nicholas park they like you but anyone else can go whistle.

I ordered online delivery. He came to my front door to deliver but wanted to see my passport or drivers license. I asked why, he said its protocol to ask for ID. However he was wrong as it doesn't state I need to show it as I checked on all the emails and delivery information online. So he took my food away, and me and my children was left without any food

Booked a home delivery slot between 9 & 10pm on Sunday evening, which was the only slot left. When it hadn’t arrived by 10.20, I called the helpline who hadn’t been told about a delay as they normally are, when they investigated it turned out the driver had called in sick and they’d had nobody to replace him. I can understand that but Sainsbury’s didn’t let us know and had us sat round waiting without any explanation. At that time, there was no way of getting shopping from anywhere else and all they could say was we’ll deliver tomorrow but can’t guarantee a certain time. This was no good to us as we’re leaving for work at 8am, we had no food left at all to give our dogs for breakfast. Sadly I’ll never order from Sainsbury's again, can’t risk this happening in the future. Sainsbury’s don’t care about customer service and I thought they were one of the good ones.
