Seriously people baffle me, at the end of the day they need to remember they are also key workers front line, helping is during covid, yes shelves were empty was it there fault no, due to brevity there was restrictions because of covid in the grand scheme of things the fact you didn't get the perfect experience or correct order and had substitutes, think about people who have lost a lot more than a bus fair a tin of lychee or a bloody substitute seriously just thank them for doing there job

i'm a 16 year old girl. teenagers are very picky i won't deny the fact that i am too, but this shop gives me happinessšŸ˜ there's a sainsburys near my school me and my friend go to every. single. morning. without fail even if its to look in the mirrors šŸ’€ the security guards know us as we present ourself every day without fail. the one thing i love about this shop is the great offers. as a young adult, i have no way of earning money so these great affordable price ranges are amazing. 2 pound cakes? r u kidding? me and my friend have tried all the cakes šŸ˜. red velvet>. okay closing remarks, i love love love reading and as you know books aren't cheap but sainsburys (saviour) makes everything easier as i too can enjoy these books. ESPECIALLY THE BOOKTOK ONES. so thank u. SAINSBURYS PLS KEEP DOING WHAT UR DOING ANDDD BRING IN. MORE BOOKS šŸ˜ME AND MY FRIEND NEVER FAIL TO RINSE OUR POCKETS FOR THEM. TYTYTY. - a loyal sainsburys fan.

"Sainsbury's stonewalled my complaint." I made an enquiry both in store and by telephone about getting a replacement for a defective cooking pan which came with a 10 year guarantee. I have all the packaging but no receipt and cannot recall when I bought it. I was told that since the product line is now discontinued and I don't have a receipt there's nothing they can do. Can do or will do? I said I would accept a similar pan from another line. Still nothing they can (will) do. I asked to speak to somebody higher up. No point - nobody will give any other answer. Called another number under 'How to make a complaint'. Clerk took my details, gave me reference number. I asked what happens next. A manager will look at it. Will they write to me about it? They might do. No information about timescales Searched online but cannot find anything about Sainsbury's Customer Complaints Handling Procedure. Stonewalling and making no effort to satisfy the customer is bad customer service. First time I've experience such a response from a business of the size and reputation as Sainsbury's. Won't be shopping here again.

I have been delighted with the on line service delivered by Sainsburys. Very few unavailable products, reasonably long use by dates and a superb team of delivery drivers - without exception they are polite and friendly. Really great service all round. Thank you all!

First and last time! I thought I would take advantage of the money off voucher given several times at the till for using Sainsbury's Online Grocery. How much I wished I hadn't bothered. The main purpose of my order was to buy dog food. I ordered 3 x 15kg bags of Sainsbury's own brand, I got 2 x Harrington 15kg plus one small bag of Sainsbury's own brand (That side of the order wasn't too bad) It's the 48 tins of Sainsbury's own brand tinned meat that I struggled to get my head around, I was sent a replacement of ONE box of 12 sachets for small dog!! The dog treats were also changed from a pack of 20 to something different in a pack of 6. Why oh why is the product that is ordered and paid for online not reserved at that point? It seems common sense to me, rather than waiting until the point of packing to have to replace or omit items completely. One other thing, if you call prior to their opening time of 8am, as I did, you get after a waste time listening to the requirements and options of changing your order blar, blar blar - to be told "We open at 8am tomorrow"! How does a National company make such a gaff? Do they not think that shoppers may call on the same day?? (We open at 8am would have worked just dandy) Always say something nice - The delivery driver Paul was brilliant. I'll be trotting off to another less chaotic supermarket....

Sainsburyā€™s have never let us down during this pandemic and today the delivery driver went that extra mile. We canā€™t thank Sainsbury enough for looking after us as vulnerable people

I've been to the new Ludlow store four times. Twice there have been lots of empty shelves, yesterday there was hardly any fresh fruit or veg and this was 10:00am, I appreciate that it was a bank holiday but the store had been open for two hours so I think the shelves should have been stacked. There was virtually no fish and the choice of bread was very poor. My previous experience of empty shelves was not on a bank holiday and again the store had been open for about two hours. There obviously seems to be some sort of problem at this store as the Bridgnorth store is always fully stocked first thing, lets hope its a teething issue as I only live a 10minute drive away but for now I'll be giving it a wide birth.

Purchased Heritage Raspberry and Sherry Trifle from your Taste the Difference Range with my Xmas order. I would just like to compliment you on producing a really delicious trifle. Felt it was homemade. Full of flavour. Absolutely delicious, well done. Will it be available at other times apart from Xmas?

I paid extra for Taste the Difference matured mincemeat. It tastes bitter and leaves and aftertaste. Donā€™t pay extra for this but their standard mincemeat is far betterā€¦.or buy from Waitrose! Now I know what they mean but taste the difference!!!

Would be zero stars. I did a Xmas online order on 13 December 2021. Due to Covid and family not being able to travel, I wished to cancel and request a refund of my deposit. On reading their FAQs it says the cut off date for cancellations is 10th December!! 3 days before I ordered so in other words there is no option to cancel. I have tried speaking to Sainsburys via social media and their Food to Order Team telephone line only to be fobbed off and told there is nothing they can do. This is daylight robbery and I won't be shopping at Sainsburys ever again.

Iā€™d like to start by saying Iā€™ve used sainsburys in store for many many years and never had a problem! However, my household recently contracted covid so all of us had to self isolate. We did our first ever online shop and honestly it was a terrible experience. We ordered on the Wednesday with a delivery booking for the Thursday evening. The delivery guy arrived late and couldnā€™t find my address. He left without delivering half my order and told me after I stated a whole chunk of my order was missing that he had to go and was running late for his next drop off (not my problem). It took me about 8 calls to finally get the rest of my delivery (the following day) to which it still had missing items!! I finally got the last remaining items after 10pm on the Friday. Sadly I feel very let down by this service. I understand itā€™s Christmas, covid is causing issues but honesty I will never do an online shop with sainsburys again!! On a plus note the guys at sainsburys customer service did all they could and the delivery driver Lee M who came all the way from Pettswood to woolwich to finally deliver our remaining goods was so apologetic and lovely! Big shout out to him!! All in all terrible!

Heathfield Store. The store Manager was very good in dealing with an overcharge and promptly sanctioned a refund. Unfortunately I was then met with an indifferent and unapologetic attitude from the female staff member handling.

I just wanted to thank all Sainsburys staff connected with the wonderful home delivery service. I have used it since the start of the pandemic and will continue to use it. I live alone and am over 70 and can't carry much these days. It's great that I can still order my shopping and get it delivered without having to bother anyone else. The drivers without exception are always so helpful and friendly. A big thanks to you all and enjoy your Christmas break, you have all certainly earned.
