“Thank you Sainsbury for keeping me fed during lockdown I am elderly and have mobility/health issues. Sainsburys are the ONLY Supermarket who contacted me initially to offer "slots for vulnerable" Several slots available weekly and no problem with choice of products . Have not been able to get any slots with other Supermarkets during this period , nor did they ( although a shopper esp Tesco's') Sainsbiry bother to contact me initially... Well done Sainsbury xx”
“I have difficulty in walking some times and need a walking stick. I don’t need to do the shopping for disabled people. I wait my turn in the queue. At our Sainsbury branch in Haxby York just like all other branches at the moment, it is in one door and out of the other. At our branch we have a door that goes out to the car park, which is at present locked so they can control the flow of people. When I have a heavy bag, maybe milk or so, the staff offer to help by letting me out the door to the car park. This may not seem much, but it is excellent service. It is really good of them. Thank you.”

“Brilliant service. They won me over from Tescos Sainsbury's 24/7 garage in Selly oak where a 'drug addict' who they employed as a Cashier to work the tills stole my purse. I put it down on the service counter and when I bent down to get my Tesco 'bags for life' ready to fill up with produce, when I popped back up it was gone! I have had no support from the CEO who 'supposedly takes complaints seriously!'
I have had no such occurrences at Sainsburys. They are honest and their opening hours at a time of Covid-19 have been unwavering and very helpful. They open long hours and since they restricted shoppers, like one person allowed in the store, no more than three items, I have been able to put more choice into my diet, as some stock is actually left for me! So well done. I'm sending a very gracious thank you to all Sainsburys staff.”

“I would like to thank Sainsbury's and how Sainsbury's in my eyes is a number 1 retailer. I work for Asda but because of COVID19 I am on the extremely vunerable list and have to stay in for 12 weeks. I could not get a home delivery and I tried Asda, Waitrose, Iceland, Morrisons, Occado and Amazon Fresh. Sainsbury's are the ONLY one that is reserving all their slots for the elderly and vunerable. They also check which is amazing so I would recomend Sainsburys as when you need them the will be there for you. l really can't thank Sainsburys enough. They are number 1. Well done Sainsburys.”
“I just had a Sainsburys delivery ordered from Chiswick main Sainsburys in London. They were BRILLIANT! My elderly mum has been offered delivery slots and food to help with the current Coronavirus outbreak. I want to thank EVERYONE at Sainsbury's for helping myself and my 80-year-old mum who has many underlying health problems with food delivery, we are self-isolating voluntarily even though neither one has Coronavirus just to take extra precautions and the delivery guy was AMAZING!!!
