First time shopping at Sainsburys and tbh expected more from a top shop but can't for the life of me work out who in their right minds wants their groceries thrown into dirty crates for everyone to see what idiot thought of this unhygienic way ? Will definitely be going back to Ocado who USE CARRIER BAGS!!!!!!

Today was my final order using Sainsburys online shopping. I really have had enough and am fed up with having to go shopping to get the items they are unable to supply which rather defeats the whole object of having your shopping delivered. Why is it that so many items are available when you place your order but when it comes to you order being picked in store have run out. I would like to think that whoever picks my order would give some consideration and try and get close to what I would choose myself if shopping in store. Unfortunately it appears that their remit is to unload items that are near to their use by date or (in the case of fresh produce) are either too small or slightly the worse for wear. Anyhow I have had enough of disappearing items, items with one day left on their use by date or items that are either too small or blemished I will NOT under any circumstances use Sainsbury's online shopping again. They have really got to be the worse online shopping service going.

Bought fresh veg on Wednesday for Sunday lunch. All of it was rotten by Sunday, kept in the cool drawer of my fridge. Went back today so we could have a delayed dinner. Got home, omg the parsnips were soaking wet through and the carrots were already rotting. Totally disgraceful, I normally would have returned them but besides paying twice for veg the fuel cost doesn’t make it worth the bother.

I ordered a picnic lunch for my 90 year old mum. I was taking her on a boat along the Thames. I arrived at Chesham Sainsburys at 10.00am, (the time requested) to pick up the order and of the 3 items, 2 were not available. This meant that I had to chase around the store, find something else and get back in time to pick my mum up and get to the boat. What would have been a great memory and day out was suddenly made stressful. I telephoned to complain, got a refund on the items not available. but was told that I should have been informed in advance as to what was not available. I was told that this complaint would be "escalated". I have heard nothing more from Sainsburys. I guess they thought I would just go away.

Sainsbury never cares for their customers. Their staff treated customers badly. A lady in dewsbury store Asifa is such a shame , she misbehaved because of her personal argue. When asking for a manager another lady claimed to be manager lied to me. They misbehaved me. I sent many emails but no response. Then after a week when I went in store for my usual grocery shopping, a staff member approached me and said leave the store, you are banned from our store. Why?? What for? I haven't done anything wrong.

My review is not about Sainsbury in general just about 1 of their products. Meal for 1 Chicken Tikka Biriani. This was the most awful Biriani I have ever tasted. It all tasted the same and was more like slimey rice on a plate! Dont know who made this recipe for Sainsbury but they need to change it. Really disappointed will go back to my favourite Biriani ready meal from another supermarket. Well worth driving out of my way every now and then to get something that tastes very authentic.

Tinned TUNA, sainsbury's brand smells like 10 year old cat food. Stinks, long stench that tells you it's not fit for huma consumption. Assumed it was just because it was pink and raw, not prepared. It stunk after cooking it, seasoning it. It was putrid. No one should eat that and they're not regulating the quality of their food, IT'S FOUL. Want that to stop. That needs to be examinned. Came out in a rash too. DO NOT EAT THEIR TINNED FISH. TRULY STINKS! RANCID.

I would like the Manager of my local store in Haywards Heath to demonstrate to me how to tear a piece of Clingfilm from the box.....its totally impossible. Presume manufacturers have changed what it contains to be Eco friendly but certainly not customer friendly.

Sainsbury's delivery drivers have been brilliant. So helpful, polite and they've never let us down. This service was a godsend during the Pandemic and we will certainly stay with it even now the situation is much calmer. Because of health issues I find it difficult to carry heavy items, so to have my shopping brought to the door is perfect.

Absolute shambles. Ordered a birthday cake for my mums 80th birthday. Totally unaware of a problem until the day of collection when it was cancelled. No explanation no apology nothing. This is not acceptable and has upset me very much

Visited darlington sainsburys this morning 14th of June. No proper disabled trolleys only broken ones and staff we're unable to find any. I had to push my friend in her wheelchair and hold the broken trolley at the same time

I have just tried to write a product review. Just keep being redirected to the GOL website. Total waste of time for trying to tell everyone about a bad product. Never mind. Limited Edition Prawn Penang Style Thai Curry shows about 9 or 10 prawns on the cover. I got 4!!!!! Work that out for value

Don't go online! We received our order 2 days after selected timeslot without confirmation, we need to keep chasing them about our order. We understand that there was a disruption in the area, but can you at least give a confirmation?! We got a missing items and they refunded as a coupon. It's annoying that they only allow us to use 1 coupon, though all coupon we have are compensation from them.

I hear that Sainsburys Scotland are not displaying the British flag bunting in their shops and have pulled off the shelves all merchandise displaying the British Union Jack and anything related to the Queens 70th Jubilee celebrations! Why are you doing this? The Queen has dedicated her life to the people of Britain, England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland, and the Commonwealth. She loves Scotland and you do this? I feel you are trying to make some form of political statement and I cannot understand why you are doing this. Maybe you would like to explain?
