SAMi® is a video-based sleep activity monitor for parents, caregivers and individuals that need to watch carefully for unusual movements at night. SAMi can detect and alarm on all types of movement, with settings that can be easily customized to your individual needs. During sleep, the SAMi camera's proprietary technology monitors for unusual or abnormal movement in the field of view. When abnormal movement is detected, an alarm sounds on the Apple device running the SAMi iOS app (iPhone / iPod / iPad / Mac) and displays a live video / audio feed. Within seconds, the individual or caregiver can take any necessary action. “We love SAMi, it was game changing having SAMi in our lives! My daughter was able to safely sleep in her own room for the first time in 8 years with the peace of mind that I’d be able to detect if she was having a seizure in her sleep! Love the independence it gives her and a good nights rest knowing i have that to lean on in an emergency!”

“It has given me piece of mind to have SAMi that even asleep he is being monitored. Most pf his seizures are at night so it has helped to know monitor has night vision. Being alerted at any time is life changing. It captures beautiful things too and thats a plus for example younger nephews teaching him, playing with him, my husband doing dad duties, etc.”

“We love our SAMi camera. We didn’t realize our little guy wasn’t getting the sleep that he needed till we got our SAMi. It has helped us with navigating doctors questions about his sleep patterns. It has also caught our little guy having seizure related sleeping ticks. I have been able to get more sleep. I was getting up to check on him every 30-60 minutes at night, now I’m able to just roll over and check on him. Still bad sleep on my end, but not as bad as it was. Thank you SAMi! You have been a lifesaver for this family.”

“I recommend the SAMi device to my family and friends. Easy setup/installation. Email responses with SAMi customer service are promptly handled. Customer care is top notch. Initially, we got the device to detect nighttime seizure activity. Upon further investigation since having the device, our daughter has additionally been medically diagnosed with two sleep disorders. We are able to record sleep movements and patterns and submit them to her doctors. As a result, we can communicate more clearly on what our daughter's sleeping habits look like. Thank you. My only regret is I wish we had gotten it sooner.”

“Love my Sami camera, helps me monitor my child and when I’m not looking at the camera the alarm is loud and alerts me to check on the child. Night recording and day recording are clear and it has different settings that I can customize. Highly recommend it for children who have nocturnal seizures.”

“SAMi has been a game changer for my family! My son has epilepsy with seizures most often happening at night and this camera allows me to monitor him easily. The sound is great and the alarm function is so helpful - it will definitely wake you up. I also love that it records on its own, I’ve been able to finally capture a seizure for the neurologist thanks to this monitor. Video quality is also superior with markers to show movement, even the smallest movements are captured, which is so helpful.”
