SAMi® is a video-based sleep activity monitor for parents, caregivers and individuals that need to watch carefully for unusual movements at night. SAMi can detect and alarm on all types of movement, with settings that can be easily customized to your individual needs. During sleep, the SAMi camera's proprietary technology monitors for unusual or abnormal movement in the field of view. When abnormal movement is detected, an alarm sounds on the Apple device running the SAMi iOS app (iPhone / iPod / iPad / Mac) and displays a live video / audio feed. Within seconds, the individual or caregiver can take any necessary action. SAMi will not only reliably alert you to abnormal movement, but automatically records high quality video and audio of the event, providing invaluable video evidence for Neurologists, Epileptologists, and other Healthcare providers to accurately diagnose and prescribe effective treatment plans. “Allows me to sleep much better than before having it.. Even on the nights my boy stirs a lot I can quickly look at the monitor and see if he's ok or if he needs assistance then go back to sleep where as before I actually had to get out of bed, check on him, normally use the bathroom then lay back down and try to fall asleep again. It's definitely gave me some peace of mind & truly appreciate this equipment for our family and the help we received to get it for him”

“We’re very pleased with our SAMi camera, our 4 year old can finally sleep in his own room and we can have some peace of mind. Being able to adjust the settings is great as he is a bit of a restless sleeper. We had a few false alarms at first but it did catch a seizure and we were able to respond quickly.”

“The SAMi camera has brought us incredible peace of mind. It caught a seizure the first night we put it up and through that we were able to get a specific diagnosis for his types of seizures. I love how customizable the camera is. It allows us to differentiate between normal nighttime movements and seizures. We also travel a lot so being able to take it with us is a huge bonus! I cannot recommend this camera enough.”

“The SAMi cam has been a godsend to us so far. My biggest fear is not being able to watch over our son at night. Nocturnal seizures are one of my biggest fears. The SAMi cam has given me a sense of peace to know that I’ll be alerted for any reason!”

“We were introduced to Sami through the Chelsea Hutchison Foundation. Because of the generosity of donors and their passion for safe sleep in Epilepsy, we were granted a monitoring system. We have not required customer service since our initial inquiry about the camera being a good fit for our situation, but at that time, they were very helpful and quick to reply. I applaud their innovation and commitment to this quality product that assists in safety for concerned families.”

“Honestly I could not be anymore satisfied with this camera. I was so paranoid before it and my normal baby monitor would alarm me to every movement my brother who has special needs. The Sami camera is a million times better. He shifts position a lot during sleep and Sami is intelligent motion detector . Worth every penny for the peace of mind. I’ve sleep so well since Sami.”
