SAMi® is a video-based sleep activity monitor for parents, caregivers and individuals that need to watch carefully for unusual movements at night. SAMi can detect and alarm on all types of movement, with settings that can be easily customized to your individual needs. During sleep, the SAMi camera's proprietary technology monitors for unusual or abnormal movement in the field of view. When abnormal movement is detected, an alarm sounds on the Apple device running the SAMi iOS app (iPhone / iPod / iPad / Mac) and displays a live video / audio feed. Within seconds, the individual or caregiver can take any necessary action. SAMi will not only reliably alert you to abnormal movement, but automatically records high quality video and audio of the event, providing invaluable video evidence for Neurologists, Epileptologists, and other Healthcare providers to accurately diagnose and prescribe effective treatment plans. “We have been so thankful for our SAMi! It gives us peace of mind while our daughter is sleeping that if she is having seizure activity we will be alerted to care for her. We have been able to review videos as well as show them to her care team to explain what current seizures look like.”

“The camera quality is EXCELLENT, I can see my child breathing and blinking very clearly. I have more peace of mind knowing I have access to him at all times. The only downside is I have been unable to adjust the settings to not be so touchy, the alarm is going off almost constantly, when I turn down the sensitivity it didn’t catch his seizure. I’m sure this is a guessing game and will resolve though!”

“My daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy last November. In January we raised money to order this camera and haven’t looked back since. It gives me as a parent reassurance to let my daughter sleep in her room and that we will be notified if she is having any movements for longer than what we have the time set for. Amazing product honestly!”

“This camera has been a wonderful tool to help better monitor our son with refractory epilepsy. The customizable settings and specialized monitoring algorithm were a big reason we went with this camera over other motion-activated cameras. It’s definitely an investment, but for us it has been worth the added peace of mind (and added sleep).”

“I’ve had this amazing product for a couple of weeks now and I’m not sure I’ve ever been happier with a purchase. The SAMi router was also a must because our wifi isn’t great here in the mountains. I wish the FDA would approve it so more people could utilize this product and get sleep. When they’re worried about their loved ones having seizures. I’m”

“It does what it is supposed to do very well. It will give you peace of mind at night. The video quality is pretty high. Our daughter was looking at it all the time at first but now she has gotten used to it. It comes with an ssd card for recording. Yeah, I'm happy with it. Not cheap but not that expensive and no monthly fee.”

“SAMi is a God send for us with our Ben, who has life threatening seizures. Ben lives in an assisted living home that his father and I founded, and is named for him, The Benjamin House. Staff is very happy to have SAMi because it would sound an alarm during the night if he has a seizure. I’ve never seen customer service anytime, anywhere, so ready and able to help, and they go the “extra mile” always to help out!! “We love the SAMi. Our child has siezures that only occur during or coming in and out of sleep and a regular "baby monitor" really offered no help for us if we were asleep as she would make little to no sound. Now we both have reclaimed our own personal sleep knowing the SAMi will alert us even with the slightest of movements. There was a slight adjustment period in setting the duration and sensativity on the alarm, but once you figure it out it works great. We did a ton of research and we could not find a better product that fit our needs.”
