Dear samsung company, I am very disappointed with samsung. I had samsung J8 mobile in good condition. The only problems were with charging socket and earphones jack pin. It was not working properly so I could go either private repairing shops or samsung authorised store for repairing. I have trust on samsung store. Finally I have preferred to go samsung authorised store for repairing my mobile because I have trust on samsung. They took my mobile with pre-checking. There were no any other problem in mobile apart from charging socket and earphone jack pin. Job card number 4330859249. They did repaired my mobile and handover to me with 2% battery. I was checked my mobile with my charger it was working properly. The only thing I have observed that screen was looking very new and very small ,very tiny like very slim pen point very light pink color which can not be seen easily. I thought that something was done on screen like opened and fitted again but the thing is that I have trust on samsung store and I did not have any problem in screen previously so I did not give attention on it I focused on my existing problem for which I gave mobile, I have checked the charging socket. It was working properly so I paid money and left the samsung store at around 3 pm. I was doing night shift in my company so I went to my office and I have found that the small tiny light colour slowly converted into dark pink colour then dark blue and dark black.Now my screen is entirely black I can not see any thing. The day after repairing mobile I was reached at samsung store and let them know that problem was from your side while repairing mobile. But they did not accept their fault and told me if I want my screen back I have to pay money. I have called many times to customer support but they are not help me in this matter. No one help me in this matter. Samsung has broken my trust. I will never purchase samsung mobile in life. I will suggest to public never purchase samsung mobile because after sale service is very bad. I will give zero ratting to samsung. Seriously I am very disappointed with samsung. I am satisfied with product but I am not satisfied with after sale service. Samsung authorised store is under samsung company so I blame samsung company. Because money is really important for me which I have lost after invested in samsung mobile.

probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been a Samsung customer for over 10 years and while I generally like their products their customer service is terrible. their representatives lie to get you off the phone. I ordered their top of the line Z3 in Thomas Payne addition and had trouble getting the order to go through so called customer service. they told me the order did not go through so I would have to re-order. I checked my credit card company and it showed a pending charge for the first order so I called them back they assured me that the charge would not go through and that the original order had not been placed. I was also told that the charges would not be processed until the phone shipped so I had mothing to worry about. Today I got charged for $3074 added to two credit cards. when I called Samsung they basically told me it was my fault because I ordered two phones and I couldn't cancel the order even though it had not been shipped and would have to refuse delivery in order to cancel. I then asked for a supervisor and have now been on the phone on hold for an hour and two minutes. Samsung does not value their customers and I guess the good news is that they treat the customers who are willing to spend $3000 with them the same crappy way that they do those that buy their low end phones. Time to change my brand loyalty to someone else.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! My stove started on fire on Sunday today on Friday and they are still trying to decide if I'll get a refund! The stove was 1 year old, I gave them the report from the fire department and the receipt, and still no refund. DO NOT trust them when they say they will call back because they don't!! The stove could've burnt my house down, I guess I should be thankful that I was home and able to stop that. Horrible Absolutely horrible!!!

my order 11351946932 was cancelled by samsung without assigning any reason. i had to pay emi coversion charges to the bank. Very poor helpline support. Never buy any samsung product online. you can directly buy from the dealers

Customer service very rude, does not work with your schedule. Customer service never contacted me about appointment they made with me and the lady refuse to go over open dates they had to come and work with me. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG!

Called Samsung to inquire about maintenance before purchase of appliances, Could not get a straight answer. I liked how the appliance look but if delivery and maintenance is a problem I will have to find another product. Sad because I liked the Tuscan color Will not buy Samsung.

Purchased new Samsung French Door refrigerator 10/20. Unable to remove bottom shelf to clean after item leaked (shelves are NOT leakproof). Discovered that the clips necessary to push in to release shelf are not there. Was this item defective or a return? Don’t know. Samsung c/s has been less than helpful. At first after an hour long conversation I was told that parts would be replaced at no charge. Explained in detail which parts & sent photos. Repairman came, looked & I was advised that it would cost $471.00parts/labor to repair. That’s 35% of the purchase price. After a 2nd 1 1/2 hour phone call I was told parts would be covered under warranty. Today Samsung called me. Apparently no one knows anything. They can’t seem to figure out what needs to be replaced. They can’t tell me if they will charge me. I am currently on the phone with Home Depot to have them pick up brand new, still in the box Samsung dishwasher, cooktop, double oven & range hood that were to be installed after renovation was completed. I will be throwing out the refrigerator as well. I’ll go with GE. I never needed to contact GE’s c/s as their products are built right. I should have learned after having the washing machine that was recalled because they were blowing their lids. Samsung ‘fixed’ that & the machine never worked again. Washer wouldn’t completely drain & spin. Just kept refilling. It would do that for hours if not interrupted. Ended up getting a Maytag. I kept the Samsung dryer but don’t expect it will last too long as it seems Samsung doesn’t build products to last.

I bought a Samsung clothes washer/dryer set through Home Depot, and the dryer stopped spinning in less than 3 months. That was two months ago. I have called and been on the phone for almost 6 hours now trying to resolve the issue, while I still make the payments through Home Depot. Timeline: First call, they will send a service company, will contact me within 3-5 days. Never happened. Approx. a week later I called again, there is no service company available where I live. Samsung said to take it in to home depot. Another week goes by, nothing. Called Samsung again, they cannot return to Home Depot. Then I was promised replacement, with contact within 3-5 days. Over a week later nothing again. Called again, They no longer make that model? Then they offered a refund in "Samsung credit" less than what I paid. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, AND I HAVE DEALTR WITH ALOT OF ISSUES IN MY LIFE. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.

ALL Samsung appliances suck. This is probably why most repair people will not work on them. We are replacing our $2,000 refrigerator after 5 years. We have already replaced the stove and dishwasher. They don’t care at all when you call them. Stay away!

Do not buy any washer or dryer Samsung makes. They used an OMB company to fix my washer. The first guy didn’t look into the washer problem like he should and said it was the motor and he didn’t have the part. Another appointment was made. Second appointment, the technician comes out looks at the washer in more detail and says, it’s not just the motor it’s the Clutch and PCB also. Set another appointment 3 weeks out. Note: I’d been waiting 3-4 weeks for the first appointment . I call Samsung because that unacceptable and ask if I can just get a replacement. They said they would need a receipt. I spend time and energy and had Lowe’s get me a receipt. Samsung said that receipt was not good enough because it didn’t have the prices on it. Again, I called Lowe’s they found the original receipt, but because it didn’t have a zero balance paid they said I’d have to get on that said it, although it clearly said at the bottom of my receipt with signature that I was promising to pay once the product was delivered.

Worse Shopping experience of my life. Never had to jump through so many hoops to get our range replaced or refund so we can purchase another. Their game is to drag tickets on for the longest time ever in the hopes you leave. To date, no resolution. Useless customer service reps with no interest to help. Undelivered promises is all they're good for.

Two terrible experiences buying Samsung products. Washing machine in 2020 - first one just wouldn't turn on, second one cracked, third one makes a terrible banging noise when is spins - the technician concluded that it was just a bad design!! Then bought an 85" TV on 30th June 21 - first one cracked screen, second one LED's broken and two months later we're still waiting for the replacement because their processes are so convoluted and complicated, we're dealing with about 4 different companies to try and resolve it. I have wasted HOURS trying to deal with this company. I WILL NEVER buy another samsung product again!!!

WORST customer service EVER! I was literally transferred 12x just to make arrangements to have the dishwasher which I purchased from them installed. I was transferred to every dept but the correct one. the people on the line were friendly but each one more incompetent then the other. You absolutely need 2 hours to spare to speak with this useless company

Worst CService I have ever dealt with. They stole £700 from me (I think there's a thief in their returns warehouse). I have been dealing with this issue for 4months. The email agents are plain stupid and also not given the policies to be able to actually help. I've spoken with the courier about raising an investigation and the police. Samsung still don't give a toss. I've just called them, waited 15min in a queue, spoken to someone who doesn't speak english (not the agent's fault!) who just didn't have enough launguage to help me. Then I tried again, again 15min wait, agent then put me on hold for 10 min, then HUNG UP ON ME! Tried again, phone line cut me off after 15min before I even got to an agent. I am LIVID. GIVE ME MY £700 BACK YOU THIEVES!!!!!

i ordered samsung fridge and the due date for delevery was on 20 aug 2021. But till today delevedy has not haopened. The samsung helpline is also unable to tell when the delevery will be made. I could have purchased through dealers who are making delevery on the next day itself
