THANKSGIVING SAMSUNG RANGE / OVEN WARNING!!! 6 months ago I purchased a new Samsung Range from Lowes model #NX60T8111SS. 1 month ago while only using the top burner the front glass on the range exploded sending broken glass all over the kitchen. Nobody touched or bumped into the front glass. My mother said the glass started making a slow crackling noise before it suddenly exploded sending glass everywhere. My mother got a small cut on her hand and foot. I did purchase an extended 5 year warranty which starts on the 2nd year you've had the oven. The first year is covered by the manufacturer Samsung. I contacted Samsung several times. The first few calls were to a call center in India. The Samsung representative spoke very little English and struggled comprehending the situation. After a week and not hearing back from Samsung I placed another call and requested the supervisor. The supervisor was a bit more accommodating and receptive to the fact that Thanksgiving was approaching and scheduled a expedited repair. Last week they sent a Samsung representative to the house to inspect the stove. The Samsung representative agreed that Stove glass will be replaced and I would be contacted by Samsung to schedule replacing the glass with in 2 days. After 3 days without hearing from them I contacted them again. They said I would be contacted within 2 days regarding the expedited repair. It's been 2 weeks now. It now looks like we will not have an oven for Thanksgiving. After doing some research I learned that this is fairly common problem with ovens and tempered glass. There is a class action lawsuit pending regarding similar situations. I called them again today and was on hold for over an hour with them again saying they will get back to me. If you're thinking about buying a Samsung oven and you were lucky enough to see this, don't waste your hard earned money. This is not a good company!!!

I just have spoken with May from the Samsung sales department, she gave me the number to Paypal credit as my phone was stolen and I still have my installments to pay, May gave me the wrong number 08003587911, after 38 min of waiting on the phone line this I've been left with the phone bill to pay for those minutes plus i need to start again. I am very disappointed with Samsung customer service, It wasn't first time..... unfortunately.

Bought a phone from Samsung on 7/04/21 on 26/10/21 the screen appeared faulty I called Samsung and the phone was collected on 28/10/2021. Was told I would be contacted to advise what problem was I had no response so contacted them again on 7/11/2021 was told phone could not be repaired and was offered a replacement as was still under warranty I accepted this and was told I would be contacted when out for delivery. Not heard from them again so called on 17/11/2021 was told the service delivery was 7 to 12 working days and to expect phone on 23/11/2021, no surprise no contact and no phone, I called again to make a complaint was put through to customer resolutions who told me they would have to send email to head office and there was 24hr to 48hr response time! at no time has there service delivery times been met was put through to customer solutions team to escalate only to be told they could do nothing as email has been sent when I asked where my complaint would end up was told that it would be used internally to learn from this. VERY disappointed but looking at previous reviews not surprised now. A big company like Samsung it is shocking they can treat their loyal customers like this - would never buy from them again.

Samsung’s customer service is just a bunch of people without a care that just repeat the same thing and you cannot even get in touch with a manager. If you ask, they just cut off the convo and disappear.

1. TV is defective 2. Contacted CostCo (where I bought it) and directed to call Samsung. 3. Samsung Gave me a third-party subcontractor to come and assess/repair the TV. 4. I linked the Nigerian guy and the possible fraud from my bank account to this third-party subcontractor tech companies phone number. 5. I’ve called Samsung five times about the status of the TV. Always promises but very little action. 6. It’s been almost 2 months and nothing’s improved.

Don't waste your money on a Samsung fridge; we had a smart fridge for 3 years; it needed several repairs (even parts are not available) until it died completely about 3 months ago; we spent all of that time without our main fridge, just waiting for several failing repair visits until they decided finally that the fridge is faulted and unrepairable and they approved a replacement fridge for us, and certainly we choose another reputable brand rather than Samsung.

Built-in obsolescence and Appalling Customer Service I contacted Samsung about my defective Galaxy S7 on 28 October 2021. Samsung arrange for the phone to be collected for repair (by TMT First | Samsung Authorised Repairs ) , and point out that as the phone is 10 months out of warranty, the repair will be chargeable. Samsung arrange to have my phone collected (2 November) On 3 November, Samsung advise; “ Good news! Your device has arrived safely at our Authorised Service Centre and we'll have it back to you soon.” A week later, on 10 November, TMT First Samsung Approved Repairs advise me that the cost of repairing my phone is £25. I agree to this and pay immediately On 14 November my phone is returned. And declared “successfully repaired” by “A Samsung Expert at our Authorised Service Centre” It’s apparent within a days use that same fault is still there. I call Samsung 0n 19 November (speak to 3 different mostly unhelpful people) - they advise my issue is with the Samsung Authorised Service Centre – and not with Samsung So I have been without a phone for 2 weeks and paid for a repair that hasn’t been made. I’m told that my phone will have to go back to TMT First | Samsung Authorised again – and that Samsung can’t over any further help. I ask; what happens if my experienced is just repeated ; i.e. my phone goes to Samsung’s authorised service centre again for repair (payable in advance) , the phone is sent back two weeks later with the existing fault still evident ? Answer; I dunno – speak to the Service Centre!!!

I bought a Samsung note 20ultra this pass September the screen went dark last night, not coming on at all. I am on the phone now with Janice at Samsung, my second call for the day after speaking to Rio earlier this morning. I tried the forced restart over 10 times, phone was on charge all night, I brought the phone to ubreakifixit as they suggested and what I am getting from these folks is process, procedure and policy. Which stipulates the next step is for me to mail the phone in for them perform their in house diagnostic. Ubreakitifix rep noted no sign of damages no sign of water damage said the phone is in perfect condition. I am asking for them to send me brand new phone and the response in process, policy, procedure. I asked for a supervise over 30 minutes ago and still none.......... This sucks royally.

I wish I could give no stars. Brand new Samsung fridge delivered and it does not work. Samsung stated that because it was shipped to a commercial location they will not fix it. We have the fridge in a break room with 5 employees. They could not provide me with proof of this disclosure next to where I signed for the purchase or provide documentation of what is deemed commercial space. This company should be put out of business along with the terrible robots that work in customer service. They stole my money. Never will I purchase a Samsung product again.

I have always been a Samsung fan, everything I buy is Samsung if they offer it. I purchased a Fold 2 phone with insurance. The phone broke and I made a claim. They said they would replace the phone, which didn't happen. A month later, they couldn't find the phone and would refund me. It has been two months since then and still no refund. Everytime we call, they talk in circles and never get anything done. This is a $2000 refund, not exactly a small amount. I pay Samsung for this insurance and they never help. They always send me to the insurance company that never helps. This is Samsungs problem since I pay them the monthly payment. Very disappointed in a brand I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on.

My story is too long to write. Just look at the rest of the reviews. It concerns terrible customer service and complete confusion on their part. Our order was for appliances ordered in the beginning of Sept at homedepot. It is now Nov 17. We are only getting a partial delivery hopefully tomorrow. The fridge that we ordered is no longer in stock with no in-stock date in sight. Customer service was useless. We had to pay $300 over the labor day sale by ordering it from PC Richard. A nightmare!

Awful customer service over my recent watch purchase and trade in. After a month, and sending the trade in back, I was billed £150 with no notice. Took 4 different departments to "deal" with the issue, and eventually they just gave me the trade in back. They said "I was lucky that it was the trade in that I got back, because otherwise if it had already been recycled, I only would have got 'market value' for it." The worst customer service I've ever had, and this isn't the first time. Learned my lesson and got rid of all my Samsung products.

New software update bricked my out-of-warranty TV. 90 minutes on the phone with customer support, and escalation to manager ends up to: "we're sorry, we need to send a technician" (which you will have to pay for because you're out of warranty) Cost will be higher than a new TV. Complete fail.
