“Good evening my name is Rodrick Adams. Today was just one of those days. I have a female friend who relies on her phone. She has had some major medical hurdles to over come in her life. And she is aSurvivor. Well somehow her Samsung phone all but died. She was unable to make any callsand or see any emails she received. We live in Alpine Texas, a small West Tx town. During the course of the day she became ill from her many medications. I was afraid to just drop her home with no way to contact her. So i went to the local Verizon store.
