I bought a dishwasher it's been 2 years a 1 month and I'd having issues I call and they say it has a one year warranty and wanna know I'd I payed for the extended warranty......man where has the pride and workmanship gone where people stood behind the stuff

Don’t buy Samsung appliances. I bought a dishwasher. It lasted 2 weeks, then it started to leak. They sent a tech who did not try to see what the problem was, he ran a diagnostic that said the dishwasher was fine. I ran it again and it leaked again. Same thing, tech came out; this time we told him we wanted it replaced. The warranty process has been a nightmare and it is still not over. They are not even reimbursing me the full price I paid for the product, let alone the extended warranty, cord and parts needed to install it. Worst experience ever. Learned my lesson. If there is a class action lawsuit, sign me up for it. Do the research carefully, I found out that their dishwashers have a persistent problem with leaks.

I bought my refrigerator 5 years ago and from day one I had problem with ice maker. They refuse to accept responsibility and fix the problem. I think taken them to court will be my next option.

I have Samsung care plus, and I have been calling the customer service for a week, but nobody was able to solve my issue. All they do is to keep transferring me to different agents by saying that I don’t have à protection. Even when provide my contract number for care plus they do anything. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a Samusung protection. I have been calling and text them as well. Never purchase anything at Samsung. I never wrote reviews before but this has made me feel like I need to do something. I wanted this to go public and I feel like I’m not the only person that has experienced this.

Purchased Galaxy Pro buds and arrived in the wrong color. It took three calls each lasting 45 minutes with many transfers and unnecessary detail repeating. They even asked me to photograph the buds to prove they weren't the right color! Kept promising to send the return slip and never did. Shockingly bad customer service that is appalling in this post COVID times.

Worst customer service ever, almost comical how bad it is. The chat kept saying routing you to real human now, but each new person was clearly a bot...LOL !!! Never ever Samsung again.

Absolute disgrace of a customer service a television with 5 year warranty through Samsung and there telling me it’s only through retailer if there on 5 year warranty list which mines is not and i suspect alot of customers aren’t repai who is spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional for such a big company I am shocked I will never buy a Samsung product again and will telling everyone the same crooks

Miserable customer service, doesn't exist. After being punted between the different department, no one was able to provide a simple answer as to why their 'link the account' button doesn't work. Honestly? I don't know how they've been running their business for this long. Also it's appalling to see their website put 'Best Customer Service' banner, when it's non existent! Pathetic.

Well I have had the worst customer experience of my life. I entered the website with high hopes of buying a s23. The website is awful and difficult to navigate. Full of glitches for example I almost bought the phone quite easily but once I put my details in for delivery I hit a wall. So then I tried chat support. Well I was told by one of the 5 chat support employees that they do thongs differently at samsung. They ate not wrong. They take ages to do anything,repetitive and quite rude in the way they will do the opposite of what you request. They took over my purchase to get it done which I was quite happy for them to do as I had no other option. Well they got it wrong. First one even though the said that he had added my existing phone for £160 off. He didn't so had to go through it again. Now when you are with the next chat employee they will say they are going to read the last conversations. Good idea really as they won't need to repeat themselfs and could get the job done a lot quicker as the information is already there to process. Wrong. They ask the very same questions again!!! I had another 2 chat employees who even though i made it clear i wanted a basic s23 they wanted to sell me a s23+ or a s23 ultra which to be honest I would love the ultra at s23 price. Well the last chat employees got the job done after 5hrs of being on the website. Franz. Now I was looking forward to the 9000 points ... Please note you must register before the sale for these or you will hit a brick wall to try to get these back as I did. Bought Tuesday night and delivery Friday midday. Oh I must mention I did want the line green Web exclusive. Well Franz informed me right at the end of the process that it was going to take 4 weeks for that so went for lavender instead. Onto getting the phone and set up. This should be easy. Not at samsung they do things differently!!! Turned phone on. Put English uk in. Scanning for qr code. Doesn't accept qr code. Contact IT support team. Ok here we go again. 4 different chat employees. Asking the for the code needed. I was literally begging them for a qr code All reading my conversations and asking the same questions doing the same tasks. After 3 hrs of this I got to the point that I don't want to be a samsung customer and i want a refund. Now this process went smoothly unexpectedly. Well that got me thinking. Was I a bit hasty? I really do want the £300 addisas vouchers. Should I at least get the phone working. Would they compensate me and actually end up being a happy customer? Well worth a shot isn't it??? Not at samsung they do things differently. I taked to Claire part of yhe sales team. I mentioned I was happy with the phone case. The window didn't have a cover on it and was a cheap plastic. No magnetic catch to keep the wallet shut. Obviously the 8hrs of hell on the website was my main concern but no Claire focuses on the wallet. Keep the wallet and £40 voucher to spend at samsung. Ok that's quite good for the start. How about my time wasted, possible free upgrade? No that's it. Made to feel undervalued as a customer again. Insulted is a understatement. Definitely seeing the lot back for refund today. Going to buy a pixel 7 and make a comparison of their buying experience.

We have been waiting for our frame to arrive for our Art series TV for months. No communication about why, no follow up. Appalling service. Still waiting on a text to even confirm delivery times. Last Samsung item we will buy.

Samsung online Australia DO NOT ORDER ONLINE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. My response to Samsung after they failed to deliver a fridge or a refund over a period of 10 months. You could not make up this kind of abuse of customers I still don't know what to say. I finally managed to convince my bank manager to help get the transaction reversed. Even the Bank online help found in Samsung favour because Samsuung insisted it had been delivered and I had signed for it. They had a picture to prove so. It was just an illegible scrawl not my signature and I think I would remember taking delivery of a fridge??? Samsung's latest meaningless nonsense now 10 months into this debacle. My reply at the end. Thank you for alerting us to the situation and providing us with details about it. Your feedback would be of great help in determining how we could improve in the future. I used to manage and repair computer networks so unless your IT staff are a bunch of clueless morons then they have had more than enough time to rectify any possible error in any computer system any where on the face of the planet. You have had the last three months to rectify this issue. Let's see what is possible for competent people to do in this time frame. Here are a few examples. 1 The UK has had three prime ministers in approximately the same time. Yes 3. OK bad example as they are incompetent too but you get the idea. 2 If I were an astronaut I could have travelled to the moon and back around 15 times!!! 3 On a standard commercial jet liner I could have circumnavigated the Earth around 50 times!!! 4 I could have cycled across the United States of America East to west and had a ten day holiday in New York. 5 Driving at 100km/h I could cover 216 000 kilometres. That's 5 and a half times around the circumference of the globe at the equator!! 6 Assuming I had unlimited running ability I could complete 540 marathons at the average of 4 hours duration for a man of my age!! 7 I could have driven my dads fishing boat from Scotland to America 7 and a half times!! 8 A surgeon could have performed 432 heart ❤️ transplants saving the lives of the majority of those people. 9 A driving examiner could have tested 2160 new drivers hopefully only passing those worthy of a licence. 10 I could have sailed around the globe non-stop in an averagely capable saling boat , of around 50 foot in length. There that's ten things which you can do in the same time you have had to rectify this matter by issuing my refund. What have you done in that time?? NOTHING ,ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. There is nothing you have said which moves this matter nearer to a conclusion, nothing, nothing. I do not believe one word that you say. You simply respond with meaningless, " this has been escalated", messages read from a script like a parrot with amnesia. Your whole process of ordering, delivery, and "non", refund is a total joke. You are illegally withholding MY MONEY without reason. You lie again and again and again. You treat me like an absolute moron incapable of seeing through the facade of stupidity you have endeavoured to create in the last nearly 9 months. Looking at Product Review almost without exception every revue of Samsung Online has the same story to tell.

httpI bought a Samsung 970 evo plus 1tb. As soon as I took it in my hands, I immediately realized that there is no quality control. The first thing I noticed was chips on the contacts. I put it under the radiator of the motherboard, turn on the test and voila: the controller warms up to 80 degrees. I was surprised by this, because the same disk, also for a terabyte, also 970 evo plus, under the same radiator with the same thermal pad in the same year, warmed up on the controller in the same test to a maximum of 57. I checked the installation. All right. I turn on the test again and the same thing again. I took it apart, looked at the thermal interface of the radiator and did not see any traces of pressure to the controller there. I took a ruler and measured the disk. The reason in the photo is that where there is a big gap, it is the controller. The heat sink of the radiator is pressed against the chips, but not against the controller. I don't know if this is due to the curvature of the textolite or due to the incorrectly installed controller at the factory, but this is a severe defect. Sent this drive directly to Samsung. Samsung stated that the disk should be like that and there is no warranty case here. I don't know what to do with this. I was dumped like a jerk

I have gotten the worst experience ever with your team here in Kuwait, liars and thieves What bad representatives and very bad customer service are they providing here in Kuwait There is no honesty at all, they didn’t take the warranty that it's my total right !! Please I need your help This is not the first time before one year the same issue happened I paid for them 81Kd and one month before my Samsung Tv also I have to pay it before one year 2 months the backlight was damaged alone and also they let me pay for them now the same issue on the phone the company her in KW they did not help me to make for me a discount or help me for something but they did not show any They didn't take any interest to keep my loyalty Phone Number:0096594199906 Country: Kuwait
